I visited the sanatorium quite recently - from September 12 to September 24, 2016. I really liked everything. And the organization of procedures and treatment, and room, and food. Wonderful place. I was amazed by the cleanliness and order. I especially want to thank you for the quality work in your place, the sensitive attitude towards your charges (that is, towards us), for the warmth and care of the medical staff in the rooms with mineral water, a pearl bath, and healing mud. This was our first experience of staying in sanatoriums in general. Therefore there is nothing to compare with. We really liked everything: treatment, accommodation (building Egle 2 with a view of the forest), interesting procedures, polite and friendly attitude towards vacationers everywhere (during accommodation, in the hospital, in the dining room, during all procedures). Amazing food - very difficult to resist overeating! Placing a sanatorium in the forest allows you to take a break from the noise of the city, large crowds of people and cars. Just peace and tranquility for those who need it.Negatives
The downside is that there may be a little bit of time (10 minutes) when visiting a doctor for the first time and prescribing procedures, especially for beginners. It seems that the doctor is in a hurry to meet the time limit, although everything is very polite.

Thank you for a wonderful vacation! We rested for 14 days with a friend from Israel. All liked it. The staff is very attentive. Everywhere is order and cleanliness. We will tell all our friends and family about the excellent attitude towards vacationers, no matter where they are from. The main contingent of the sanatorium is Russian-speaking. And apparently this is the main “emphasis” placed on it. There was no language barrier. The boy in the pool conducted very good water aerobics and stretching classes, his name is Mangales or I’m mistaken. The girls in the pool are less friendly, especially the blonde. I had a massage with a woman in her room. 115 in Egle 2 building. Just great. But I gave my friend a massage from the room. 134 also Egle 2 building - I won’t say it very directly. She kept talking about tips all the time. I’m always not happy with everything. But in general everything is fine. Thanks again!!!Negatives

You can’t prescribe mud + exhaust hood and a vertical bath on the same day. She didn’t respond to my comments immediately (this is not my first time at a sanatorium). The problem was solved only the next day another girl from the reception. As a result, I lost one of the mud + extraction procedures for which I come here.

The rooms in the Egle sanatorium are not suitable for habitation; the dirt; the room is cleaned 2 times a week; the room is very old and this is especially noticeable in the shower room; I will never go again. to this sanatorium and I don’t advise anyone to go to the Egle+ sanatorium, the rooms are good but they don’t deserve 4 stars, at least they clean 4 times a week, I have a very bad impression of this sanatorium, the staff is different, some are very good and some are not so good, you have to work a lot. so that the vacationer can enjoy their vacation, so your treatment is not very expensive

After dinner, we told the duty officer about this, she diligently wrote down our number 523, saying that a plumber would come on Monday. I asked if this meant that we older people were encouraged to go out at night to “breathe deeply in the fresh night air” as needed, she replied that our employees also had the right to rest on weekends. I had to use the trash can, fortunately the washbasin faucet was working. On Monday morning, a plumber came to replace the tank and shower faucet; In response to our complaints, he was surprised why he was not called: he could have done all this on Saturday morning.... My husband and I vacationed in this sanatorium for the first time. We really enjoyed; location, forest, bicycle and walking paths in the forest. Fresh air. Rooms are cleaned, bed linen is changed once a week, a towel can be placed on the floor in the shower if desired, and after cleaning you have a clean towel. The staff is friendly and responsive, any questions are resolved. As for massage, the massage therapists do it differently, depending on who you get.
