Inattention, negligent attitude, unprofessionalism of the doctor (Elena) of the Egle2 building, her desire to refer resort guests to commercial (paid) procedures and third-party (private) doctors. 2. Sometimes the monotony of hot (meat) dishes 3. Prescription of treatment procedures on weekends, especially for those who arrive at the resort for more than 15 days, for example 20 days. 4. Poor organization of the work of urban vehicles (long intervals) and their high cost; poor organization of cultural activities for vacationers 5. The opinion of arrivals is not taken into account during accommodation. For example, older people are placed on 4-5 floors, and young people are placed on more comfortable floors. 6. Ruta, the kinesitherapy trainer, conducted the classes perfectly.. In general, everything was delivered at a high level - attitude, service, cleanliness, food. Sanatorium "Egle" is located in a wonderful place where there are no strong winds, because... surrounded by forest. Therefore, even in the windiest weather, peace reigns on the territory of the sanatorium. This sanatorium is suitable for those people who really want to restore their health and take a break from the hustle and bustle of life and accumulated fatigue. Despite the fact that I was busy with procedures almost the whole day, in the evening I could go to watch a movie or a concert, or dance at the Disco. even buy tickets to a theater festival. There were many cultural events and they amazed with their diversity. Every 30 minutes a bus runs to the center of Druskininkai, where you can take a walk, get acquainted with the sights of the city and buy a variety of souvenirs to remember the trip. Mineral water helped a lot to normalize digestion. There were no complaints about the food, everyone could find a dish or products to suit their taste: fish, meat, salads, fruits, pastries, desserts, dairy products, sauces and side dishes, cold cuts..... The procedures helped restore physical fitness and positive adjust the entire body. Next year I plan to come here again. I thank the sanatorium staff for their attentive attitude.

Young kinesitherapy instructors lack professionalism - they formulate commands poorly when explaining exercises in both Russian and English. They do not control the correct execution. The exercises are often monotonous and not for all muscle groups. There is a feeling that they are doing the job formally, without trying very hard. Fortunately, there are rare exceptions, for example, massage therapist Stanislav.

Wonderful nature, clean air. Varied and tasty food. Many different procedures and, with rare exceptions (one case), attentive and friendly staff. Interesting cultural program. As a result of the treatment, my overall health improved and my knee joints began to function better (one joint was replaced with an artificial one, the second with arthrosis). An additional bonus for non-smokers - smoking is prohibited in the premises, on balconies, throughout the entire territory - only in specially designated areas. I took a break from tobacco smoke.

Amazing place, polite and civilized people. They always ask how they can help, it’s a very pleasant and comfortable place. Very high level procedures. All is clear. New, well-kept treatment rooms. Homemade and delicious food. There are several canteens, you can choose where to eat. Free children's room, open every day from 8 am to 6 pm. The staff is very nice and caring for the children. It is very convenient that next to the pool structure there is a children's room where most procedures are carried out. Therefore, the child can be left in the nursery during treatment. Wonderful weather. The hotel is located in the forest, so the air smells of pine. There are hiking trails in the forest. It's just nice to go. Next to the hotel there is a small lake with ducks. People swim in the lake and sunbathe. There is some sand and a shaded seating area. The city can be reached by bus. About 10 minutes drive. The cost of the trip is 60 cents per adult and 30 per child. Up to 6 years free. The market is only open until 14:00 and is closed on Mondays. The hotel offers various entertainment programs free of charge and almost every day. There are also free sports activities such as water zumba, forest walks, tai chi, etc. Would love to come back again.

The staff is friendly everywhere. The food is varied and for every taste. Those who say and write that there is nothing to choose from most likely have personal servants at home, since the sanatorium has a very large selection of dishes, salads, fruits, vegetables and sweets. There is also a separate diet table for those who are watching their figure. They bake their own bread. So there are only advantages. The price of this sanatorium is especially pleasing, since we vacationed in several sanatoriums before Druskininkai, where the prices are higher, and the treatment is a maximum of three procedures per day, but here there are five. Therefore, I recommend the Egle sanatorium to everyone. Those who want a more comfortable stay can choose Egle standard or komfort. We always choose economy, since we only spend the night in the rooms. Treatment and nutrition do not depend on this). Therefore, whoever goes specifically for treatment is the most economical.
