We lived in room 507 deluxe. The plaster on the wall is falling off, the sink is cracked, the plumbing is old, the water doesn’t drain well. In general, it doesn’t qualify for a suite. And here’s another thing about the sauna. For some reason, water for steam was only available on Wednesdays, although it is known that dry steam is harmful for health. And in a sauna where the central bowl of the pool is located, the temperature sensor is located above the stove and, accordingly, the relay turns off the heating earlier, so it’s cold there or something else doesn’t work. Well, in general I liked it.

I was not pleasantly surprised by the paid (6 euros) visit to the pool and sauna complex in the evening. In the morning (free from 7.00 to 9), if the first procedure, for example, at 8.20 + you need to have breakfast, then running steamed after a bathhouse/pool with an undried head to another building in winter is not at all pleasant.

I was on vacation with a friend from Israel. The first time was in August 2016, the second time in December 2017. I liked everything, the staff was friendly and nice. All the procedures were beneficial and we had a lot of fun. The food was homemade, tasty and satisfying. The room was cleaned regularly, bed linen and towels were changed. Overall the holiday was a success. We wish you prosperity!

I received a gold certificate from the sanatorium, of which I did not use anything except one massage. I think the idea of the certificate was not well thought out (especially without presenting an invitation to a cafe). Better give some discount in payment!

There are no comments as such. But I would like to see a special centrifuge for spinning swimsuits and more powerful hair dryers in the pool locker room. As the owner of thick and long hair, it was extremely problematic for me to dry it, and going outside with wet hair in winter is not very useful.

Very small room, bad view from the window. High chlorine content in the pool and jacuzzi. Poor schedule of procedures. We had to wait a long time for the next procedure. And it’s a long way to run from the residential building to the hospital (walking is good, but not in winter). Moving from the residential building to the hospital after the procedure, there is a high probability of catching a cold.

Not every evening there is leisure time. No cinema. There are a lot of people from the city at the dance. The New Year's program in the dining room was poorly organized. Mostly dancing. There was no variety in food. Regular lunches and dinners are better than at a holiday. We paid a large amount. What is the difference: a person comes 10 times for 10 days and pays more per evening than someone who comes for 13 days for the first time. Will I eat and drink no more than a man (second option)?
