The cleaning of the rooms was disgusting, the bed was changed once a week. In the canteen, one shift where young girls worked worked well, but the other shift, the canteen! The pool was overloaded because there was only one available. It used to be much better. The staff is intimidated. No concerts, no performances. Whoever was bothered by the decorations we bought, they are also closed. In a word, my daughter and I and many visitors were not happy. After the procedures, you could always relax in the relaxation room, but now everything is given over to aroma therapy above which everyone laughs at. Give us back the old sanatorium!

I went on Economy three times and was delighted, but this time left me with the worst memories. Without warning, I found myself in the rehabilitation Economy of Žilvyanus, in the company of people in wheelchairs, etc. THIS had a very bad effect on me emotionally. Why wasn’t I warned that Economy was given to refugees from Ukraine? The food has gotten worse, if you don’t come at the start time (breakfast, lunch, dinner), the tables are dirty with crumbs, the fruit bowls are empty...in a word, Decline! There is zero entertainment, there is only one channel on TV in Russian and that one is political, renting a bicycle is off the charts... the desire to visit again completely disappeared. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else who wants to have fun and relax. Only if the person is seriously ill...Thanks to the medical staff!

We came to the sanatorium for the second time. We like everything here, the quality of treatment and the work of the wonderful staff. The treatment is flawless. The procedures are different. They are selected individually for each person by the sanatorium doctor. You can take additional procedures for an additional fee. There are various swimming pools, saunas, and Jacuzzis. Accommodation is also good - cozy rooms, both single and double. The rooms were cleaned every day. The rooms have a kettle with coffee and tea bags. The food is good, everyone can find something they like. Everything is provided. The staff work is excellent. The treatment nurses are the best - responsive, friendly, and know their job very well. The sanatorium is located in a pine forest. The air here is wonderful, fresh, smells of pine needles. You can go to the city and shops on foot if necessary.Negatives

The only thing that was a little annoying was the unregulated radiators in the rooms. It was really hot. But this is just my perception, I cannot sleep at such temperatures. And I had to keep the balcony open all the time.

We have been visiting this sanatorium for several years, we like everything: treatment, food, staff. There are, of course, disadvantages, but they do not yet cover the huge advantages that we like. The price and quality of treatment are optimal. Health always says thank you. For six months afterwards, the back does not make itself felt at all, based on the fact that doctors suggested surgery several years ago. But thanks to the complex of treatment, physical activity and relaxation in this sanatorium, as well as, of course, maintaining a healthy lifestyle at home, I hope the doctors will not see me on the operating table). New clients are not always offered the full range of services they are entitled to. I don’t know whether it’s the forgetfulness of the staff or possible savings due to the pandemic, but our friends, who were in this sanatorium for the first time, were not offered the full range of services. I would also like to note that we lived in Žilvinas 2. In this building there is an arch through which cars pass, both from the sanatorium and others. So, they rush through this arch with such speed that I think that sooner or later something irreparable can happen there. A car driving through the arch at high speed will simply not notice the person leaving the back door of the building, and if another person is in a hurry for a procedure at the hospital, then sooner or later a collision will occur. I wanted the management of the sanatorium to know about this and take care of the safety of those being treated. (Although this was reported to the hospital reception desk).

Good afternoon I was in the sanatorium from August 8 to August 15 and was satisfied. This is not the first time I have been to this sanatorium, I recommend it to everyone. I was with my daughter and granddaughter (8 years old), the granddaughter was also prescribed the same procedures. We are delighted!!!! We received a charge of health and positive emotions! The receptionists are friendly, attentive and courteous! We lived in Egle standard, in building C. The room is wonderful, everything for a relaxing holiday. I would like to thank the service staff, the linen is snow-white and it is replaced regularly without reminders, thank you. A vacation without them is not a vacation! I would especially like to mention the doctor who prescribes the procedures, there are so many of them. (unfortunately the surname is not legible on the seal) office building B 112 office. Massage therapist Vadim Korpus S 105 office is simply a wizard, thanks to him for his hard work, (I am a platinum client) there are very few such massage therapists in the sanatorium. In some rooms the floor is ice cold, you are afraid of getting sick. Secondly, laser therapy, which really helps, is not suggested to customers in a timely manner, even if the customer has to bear the costs themselves. When I found out, 8 days had already passed, so I couldn't do much. Many procedures are planned that have nothing to do with illnesses, e.g. Aromatherapy, oxygen cocktails, or binaural therapy. And during oxygen healing, an employee didn't even turn on the oxygen, said she would be there soon and forgot about me. I sat there for 30 minutes and left, but money was charged.

I would like to mention Manvydasa Kirkilasa, I had classes in a vertical bath, you can immediately feel that he cares about how we do the exercises, he patiently and clearly explains everything. I wouldn’t call it a negative, I’ll say it’s a small minus. I have visited the sanatorium more than once (platinum client). This year it’s a little poor in the dining room, perhaps this is due to the situation. For tea there was always ginger with lemon and honey. Sometimes the smell of paint bothered me. 3. All the staff are responsive and smiling, but there was still one incident during the “Halotherapy” procedure. And therefore the current rates of stay were incomprehensible. Last year, for the amount I paid now, I had a 14-day vacation. In addition, the competence of the carboxytherapy procedure is questionable; the cost of one is estimated at 15 euros, and the doctor carries it out in a few seconds, although the prospectus indicates a time period of 10-20 minutes. About masks, we didn’t really understand their logic and necessity, since in the canteens everyone was always without masks, in the evening the pool was so crowded that there was no question of the safety of clients. So what are masks for then? We stayed in the pool for at most 20-30 minutes, due to the impossibility of being there. 6. The food was delicious, but for some reason some foods were only enough for those who came to dine earlier. A bit unfair to other clients. Either give it to everyone or give it to no one. 7. Last year, while staying at the sanatorium, we were told that sunbathing on the territory of the sanatorium is prohibited.
