It is advisable to have a massage from one specialist throughout the treatment. Friends had two cases of a massage session being rescheduled without warning because the appointed massage therapist had a day off. But they managed to warn us about the replacement and there were no problems.

Unfortunately, the work of the sanatorium restaurant raises some complaints. Insufficient range of dishes for a 3-star hotel. Especially for dinner. In addition, it is surprising when people forget to put bread or, for example, kefir on the table. You need to go to the hall administrator and remind him of this. In my opinion, the number of dishes calculated for the entire hotel contingent is not sufficient. This is especially noticeable when any sports teams or other delegations come to the hotel (and this happens often!): the food on the buffet runs out very quickly, and the staff is in no hurry to replenish it. The waitresses are not always efficient, the tables for four people are small, and the dishes used are not cleared in a timely manner. In addition, I would advise the restaurant administration to oblige waiters to accept orders from the bar from vacationers. Firstly, the bar would, without a doubt, increase turnover, and, secondly, it would make the stay of vacationers in the restaurant more comfortable.

It was the first time we spent our vacation in Lithuania. The spa is very well located, compared to other sanatoriums. The town is very endearing: on the banks of the river, very flowery, with 2 lakes nearby and the forest. The atmosphere is calm, relaxing. On the day of arrival (Sunday afternoon), we had our room and even a visit to the doctor. We found the organization very good. The room was a good size, clean (cleaned every day), towels changed every day if needed. Very good soundproofing, because you don't expect anything: the neighbors, the music from the corridor. The staff is helpful. We appreciated the good quality treatments, the cleanliness of the facilities, the rest room between treatments and of course the tea from the phytobar. The aquapark is really a plus in our stay. We spent 1-2 hours every day. The programs in the saunas are great.Negatives
During a doctor's visit: we learned that it is up to us to choose the care! Needless to say, we must have known what procedures were included in our purchased pack... The windows of our room overlooked the street, currently there is construction of a building opposite. Construction work began at 7:30 a.m. The complex is quite large, no one showed us where the things and services included in our pack are. For example, we found the library 2 days before our departure or we learned from the room's reception folder that the sauna complex is included in the price of our room. Restaurant staff is not very welcoming. We felt like we didn't pay for our meal. If you arrive at the end of the meal period, there are few choices. We had to ask if we can have dessert. The number of coffee machines is insufficient (and with intense use they break down). Waiting 15 minutes for 1 coffee. The waitress removing your plate as soon as you finish the last mouthful is quite unpleasant.

The treatment is quite superficial, not all the baths in the water park were pleasant, not everything works, the bartender in the water park is constantly absent. The food is quite monotonous and not always neatly served. And terrible, simply unbearable Wi-Fi. It is better to write right away that it is not in the rooms.

The sanatorium has many advantages: bright, clean rooms, a medical building and a water park connected to the residential building by a passage, a beautiful area with its own drinking pavilion. Mineral water is additionally provided inside in case of bad weather. The treatment is multifaceted: mud, baths, physiotherapy, oxygen, paraffin, aqua procedures, kinesiotherapy, herbal medicine, mineral spring, etc. The water park has a large set of saunas (infrared!) and good swimming pools. The food is varied - there is always a choice of dishes from meat, fish, poultry and vegetarian, excellent dairy products. Delicious! The biggest plus: the sanatorium workers! Amazingly responsive and conscientious people - they create a special atmosphere of comfort and peace. Amazingly self-possessed people who are able to maintain composure even with very capricious clients. During my stay, I saw only smiles on their faces. Many thanks to everyone! The most noticeable disadvantage was the poor wi-fi: there was no stable connection in the room at all (6th floor). Sometimes I couldn’t even check my email. The administration seems to know about this and offered me to move lower. In the hall on the first floor the connection is normal.

The building is strangely designed, the windows almost cannot be opened and there is no air conditioning. In the heat it is unbearably stuffy in the room. As for the food, everything is good, but I would like more variety of fruits. Grapefruit should not be eaten for dinner. It should be given for breakfast.

We were on vacation with a friend, fell in love with Druskininkai, a wonderful resort town with kind, helpful people, very beautiful, “toy-like”. The hotel is in a very good location, next to a park, the Neman, everything is within walking distance, the first time we went everywhere only on foot, we went on an excursion took a tram along the Neman, took a ride on the funicular, looked at the city from a bird's eye view. The staff at the hotel are friendly, responsible, all procedures were carried out in full and efficiently, they always met halfway if it was necessary to change the time. Due to the abundance of procedures, there was no time to go on excursions, next time we will immediately ask for one or two, free from procedures, a day to go to Trakai, Kaunas. Poor work of massage therapists (15 minutes of lightly stroking the back, which does not give any effect; just a waste of time), inaccurate timing of procedures (up to 20 minutes late), an unimaginably long wait in line for an appointment with a doctor (more than an hour and a half), as well as uneven distribution doctor time to see patients (some patients are given no more than 10 minutes, others more than an hour during the initial visit). Uneven shifts and replenishment of dishes in the restaurant (if you come in the middle or half an hour before the end of lunch or dinner, you will only get leftovers and often low-quality fruit).

We rested at the sanatorium in mid-June. We were checked into our room very quickly, within 10 minutes the doctor saw us and prescribed the treatment. The next day, the receptionist created a convenient schedule of procedures. The entire staff of the sanatorium is very attentive, responsive and friendly. All procedures are time-bound. There are also procedures for children (for a fee, not included in the package). The son was pleased (we were worried that there would be nothing to occupy the first half of the day). The sanatorium has a good water park, children enjoy spending time there. There are several baths. The food is good, they try to make a variety of hot dishes, a lot of vegetable salads and just sliced vegetables. But we remember that this is a sanatorium - dietary food. Next to the sanatorium there is a cafe "Sicily", where we ate delicious desserts in the evenings. In the afternoon we walked around the city, rode bicycles around the ponds and through the forest, where there are special paths. Pine trees, clean air, a very well-kept town.Negatives
The rooms are well cleaned in the bathroom, our towels were changed daily (mini-suite), and sometimes the beds were covered with blankets. We didn't notice any more cleaning. Very dusty tulle and curtains on the windows, bedspread on the bed. Untidy soft corner. Very creaky folding sofa. The administration wishes to put kettles in the rooms. Wi-Fi is poor in the rooms.
