Overall everything is great! Druskininkai is a city where you want to return again and again! Calmness, tranquility, cleanliness and beauty all around! Everything is done for a pleasant and complete holiday: amusement parks, bicycle paths leading into the forest, along the Neman, with recreation islands, lakes, wonderful European cafes and restaurants! Friendly staff at the sanatorium, and what an amazing water park with a bunch of saunas, a Russian bath and a swimming pool with mineral water! We were very pleased with our vacation, thank you all very much and we hope to come again! Lithuania is a very beautiful and hospitable country!Negatives

I am grateful to you and all the staff of the Lietuva SPA Hotel for the opportunity to get good rest and a charge of new energy for further work. The rooms were cleaned daily and thoroughly, and the maids always accommodated my wishes to clean the room during breakfast or procedures. The hygienic standard of water procedures is also high (at least higher than similar spas in Bulgaria and Hungary, where I vacationed). Once again I express my gratitude to you and your colleagues for a perfectly organized vacation and friendly attitude towards all guests at the Lietuva SPA Hotel, regardless of their gender, age and nationality. I am especially grateful to you personally, because in every team or team of professionals it is the leader who sets the tone, from whom subordinates take their example. There is no doubt that Hotel Lietuva is your HOME, where thanks to the efforts of all the staff from the maid to the director, your guests feel comfortable and completely safe. The only critical comments and wishes that I allow myself to make boil down to three points: 1. There was some negligence and inattention of the attending physician, which we talked about at the meeting. In a sense, they can be excused by the lack of time allocated to see the patient: only 15 minutes. 2. If possible, exclude frozen vegetables from the diet and replace them with fresh ones; provide and distribute fruit evenly throughout the meal: when I came to the end of breakfast, the only fruit left was apples; diversify the menu with Lithuanian dishes. 3. Allow your hotel guests to be admitted to the dental clinic (I think it is located on the 3rd or 4th floor of the hotel). When I had an emergency situation and I asked a young woman dentist to cement my crown, she said that the hospital only accepts “its own patients” and does not accept those who were treated in other clinics. It took me a lot of work and effort to persuade this doctor to help me, because after staying in your hotel I had to take part in an international conference, and an annoying problem with a crown put my participation in question.

There are a lot of different procedures. We’ve traveled to the Czech Republic before, lived and been treated in different hotels, and haven’t seen such a medical facility as here. I really liked it in this regard. In general, the hotel is cozy, with all the conditions for a normal holiday.
