Special thanks to the kitchen and restaurant staff - delicious and thoughtfully prepared food. A variety of vegetable canapés, several salads, vegetable side dishes, meat dishes prepared to suit every taste and requirement. Every day 2-3 types of fruits, citrus fruits and desserts for breakfast and lunch. And all this is a buffet. A short climb from the Cathedral of Mary Magdalene, which is not difficult, will help you keep track of your weight. The location of the hotel in terms of distance from the sources is very good, especially to the Geysers - 150 meters away. The medical staff will accommodate your requests to arrange procedures at a convenient time. Cosmetologist Mila works professionally and at the European level, with good cosmetics and will give recommendations for the future. We stayed in the hotel for a week, we were very satisfied! The service is friendly and professional. The girls in the restaurant are very hardworking, I would especially like to mention Natalia! We visited Ambiente 7 times and did not regret it at all. As always, everything was at a high level: treatment procedures, food, attentive and friendly attitude of the staff at the reception, in the restaurant and medical center, wonderful spa area, conscientious cleaning of the rooms. The hotel is located very well. The proximity of the springs, as well as a lot of opportunities to occupy yourself after the procedures. The beds in the rooms are low and the mattresses are worn out. The quality of food is not very high. Basically, all the delights pleasing to the eye are made with fatty mayonnaise, which you won’t eat a second time. During the 2 weeks of my stay I never had a simple scrambled egg.

I, Irina Rapaport, stayed at the Ambiente Hotel for the 2nd year (from September 10 to 21, 2018), I really like the location of the hotel, close to the 1st and other sources, which is very important for drinking procedures. The administration is working to improve living conditions, treatment and food (Very noticeable in the service in the Swimming Pool, towels are always available, the water temperature is changed at the request of visitors). The restaurant is clean, beautiful, the food is fresh, tasty and varied (Thanks to the cook). The girls from the restaurant (Elena, Natalya and Maria) are very friendly, they work quickly, skillfully, always smiling, and are friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily (Victoria did a good job on the 4th floor) and Dasha immediately helped correct all the shortcomings in the room. I would especially like to note the work of the night porter (a young guy, Czech, unfortunately I don’t remember his name), he helped establish telephone contacts with our country in an emergency situation (USA), he was very polite and friendly. Dr. Antonin Pektor gave practical and necessary advice on treatment with an explanation of the features of procedures in accordance with diseases. I would especially like to note the work in Lena’s treatment room (polite, works quickly and professionally). It is important that next to the hotel there is a “Turbo” travel agency, which allows you to coordinate trips, transfers with treatment. The massage is performed poorly: it is harsh, the specialists do not respond to requests to reduce the load. The massage therapists are not qualified (and this has been noticed for the second year in a row). It is difficult to reassign procedures. For some reason, the staff does not respond to requests to add paid procedures, although after 13-00 the staff is not busy. ELEVATOR doesn't work well.

My impression of staying at the Ambiente Spa Hotel is positive. There are no serious comments about the quality of staff work. All medical services and procedures advertised in the hotel are provided in a timely and high-quality manner. The restaurant staff deserves special words of gratitude: the menu offered for patients is quite rich and varied, everyone can find their favorite dishes and desserts. The employees are polite and courteous. They quickly resolve all emerging issues, and, what is especially important, possible financial (price) proposals for their solution (such as transfer to the airport) are quite affordable and not overpriced. In general, you can come and get a boost of health and a pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel from 24.8.18 to 31.8.18. We extended it for another day. Everyone is very polite and pleasant, including the medical staff and service, the rooms, the pool, the saunas are all clean, everyone is always smiling. There is some dissatisfaction with the prescribed procedures. You go mainly for gas injections. massage. and as a result you get electro procedures. I understand that everything depends on the price, but in a two-week stay, out of 33 paid procedures, to receive four massages and four gas injections is not clear to me, and to get a clear answer from the nurse who prescribes these procedures why so few basic procedures failed

Great location. The restaurant staff is a very positive team, Lena/Natasha/Ivan create a cozy atmosphere for every vacationer as if they were just waiting for you. The food is homemade, morning pancakes like mom's. There was always fish for dinner. I would like to note Olga’s excellent work at the reception. Since we came to Karlovy Vary for the first time, it was important for us to receive information about our actions in the sanatorium. We arrived before 14:00, but they checked us in instantly, which was very nice. I really liked the wellness: hammam, sauna, room with sea air, contrast shower/footpaths, ice, pool with massage streams, jacuzzi, drinks: fruit water and ginger tea. With the hotel at 100% occupancy, there were few vacationers in the complex. Since we went for the purpose of relaxation, our procedures were relaxing, not therapeutic. The transfer was excellently organized: we ordered a group transfer and did not wait.Negatives

This is our fourth time in your hotel. The accommodation was as we requested on the 2nd floor because my husband doesn’t move well. The procedures gave us what we needed due to illness. All the nurses helped my husband go through the procedures. The head nurse Yana always took care of us and made my husband feel better treatment. The food is very tasty. The waitresses in the restaurant were very attentive and even reserved a table for us because... I served my husband. The rooms were very clean. Everything was very good. The first thing I want to write is that in your video it is indicated that all rooms are equipped with air conditioning. In fact, it turned out that my room was without air conditioning, as well as another room in the hotel, there are two of them in total. And the weather was very hot and the fan received at the reception did not help.....Second: transfer. Before my flight, the transfer department asked my consent for the driver to arrive late. I gave such consent. But.. it turned out differently, the plane. (departure delay for almost 2 hours ((. The driver made a complaint... but that’s not the point, but the fact that he was picking up both Karlovy Vary and Marianske Lazne at the same time. Only my dissatisfaction with the situation made the driver start from Karlovy Vary (although I was told that I very cunning, I came last, I want to be the first, and that the group transfer is already passengers.... Group transfer, I agree, but I booked in Karlovy Vary... not through Marianske Lazne... I think that next year the sanatoriums company will reimburse the inconvenience caused to me, considering that I have already become your client and this is not the first time I am traveling from you.
