Unfortunately, somewhere along the way there was a wind and from the first day I came down with a high fever, cough and runny nose. My condition was terrible (I took off my watch and jewelry - gold earrings, a ring and a pendant with emeralds and diamonds - an original work and put it in the safe ). I was sick for a week despite treatment. Thanks to all the sanatorium workers for their desire to help. She left with a very high temperature and in a semi-fainting state. I opened the safe, handed over the key to the reception, and in the safe I forgot (I don’t know how - I was above 38) a watch and a tiny black leather cosmetic bag (about 6 * 8 cm) with jewelry - earrings with colored sapphires, a ring, earrings and a pendant with emeralds and diamonds and a key to a safe deposit box. Upon arrival home, I was taken by ambulance to the hospital and it turned out to be pneumonia - inflammation of the lungs. 2 weeks in the hospital - IVs, injections, etc. I continue to undergo treatment now - the doctors say I will have to stay in bed for a couple more weeks. On Monday, March 5, I was sent home to wash myself. I unpacked my things and discovered that the cosmetic bag with the key and jewelry was missing and remembered that I had not taken them from the safe. I called the hotel. There they told me that they didn’t find anything and that they needed to take better care of their things, although they remember me very well and remember the state in which I left the hotel. In principle, I didn’t even hope that my jewelry worth more than 3,500 euros would be returned to me, but to reproach me that it was my fault... After all, one could simply say that the maid didn’t notice (most likely she didn’t even look into the safe) and Other guests were immediately moved into our room, and they (perhaps having found the “gift”) did not say anything to the administration) and they, too, had already left the hotel. Just sympathize with me. I have always considered the reception staff of this hotel to be very attentive and responsive people, but.... It’s probably a shame that it’s so expensive!!!!! After this massage, my mother received huge bruises on her back, did not sleep at night from pain and was unable to receive the rest of the procedures that were provided for in the plan and suffered from back pain the entire time she was in the sanatorium. - a standard room, located in another building of the sanatorium building, is not a 4-star room, a maximum of 2 stars, as it has insufficient lighting, poor furniture with edges made of untreated chipboard, hard, old mattresses, bad pillows and blankets, as well as clean, but with holes (!!!) bed linen.

Ambiente is a very decent cozy small hotel. In comparison, for example, with the Colonnade, the food is excellent. We support all guest reviews. During our stay, indeed, there were salads dressed with sauce, but there were also dietary dishes to choose from, boiled cabbage, stewed carrots, beans, etc. Tender meat dishes. I probably won’t agree with the criticism of the wellness treatments provided. All procedures are performed on the same floor (I don’t count additional massages), everything is nearby. During our stay, all procedures were performed from 8.30 to 11. The second half of the day was free for relaxation, walking or enjoying the magnificent spa area, which is especially nice when it’s raining outside. It should be noted that the hotel is customer-oriented: although there was an announcement that there was 200 CZK for rescheduling procedures, the time of procedures was changed without additional payment. The SPA area offers various tonic drinks, fruits and water are available at the reception. If you forgot your rubber slippers, there are several pairs in the locker room, both for men and women. Having read that there were problems with the tests, we requested them in the very first days of our stay, and they did it for us. We also received a doctor's prescription. By the way, in Zameske Lazne a prescription costs 104 CZK. We discovered this after receiving it from the hotel doctor. Indeed, the hotel has one slow elevator. But since we have a lack of movement, during our rest we happily climbed on foot. Laziness, of course, but you need to force yourself to move more at least during rest 😄. All treatment procedures were carried out in the first half of the day - so the second half of the day was free. The food, as always, was excellent with a large selection of dishes and snacks. Fresh fruit was always available and vegetables. The room was cleaned daily, towels were also changed daily, and bed linen was changed every three days. All comments in previous reviews are correct. There was no desire to return to this hotel. Not satisfied with the price - quality of services. I arrived on Tuesday at lunchtime, and only saw the doctor on Thursday. The hydromassage and the bathtub, which is advertised everywhere, does not work. There are no clocks in the room or in the corridors. The clock in the SPA area does not work. There is no shower cap, clothes brush, shoe sponge, cotton pads, ear sticks or nail file. There is not even paper and pencil in the room. The TVs are old with poor pictures and clocks that don't work. Uncomfortable beds and all the furniture. If the coat is just below the knees with a height of 165-167 cm, then the hem is constantly wrinkled. There are no shelves for clothes in the closet. There are two cabinets. I tried to place the contents of the suitcase in them. The safe is small. Only your passport and wallet were included. You could also put a smartphone on it, but you had to carry it with you to know the time. Safe with key. I also had to carry this key with me. The music was very loud in the corridors and restaurant. Many guests didn't like this. Some asked to make it quieter, but after some time it began to knock on their ears again. An umbrella is only issued on bail. How many euros? It seems like ten. But this is funny, because 100 euros have already been left for the key. Very, very dark in the room. And you can’t even put on lipstick in the bathroom. On the third floor there is access to a smoking terrace. Sometimes the smell spread not only along the corridor of the third floor, but also the fourth. And this is during the least busy period.

Каждая дама получила по 28 процедур согласно курса лечения, более того, по просьбе г-жи Fajerski расписание процедур было изменено 6 раз без доплаты. Дополнительно были куплены в отеле две газовые иньекции за 408,- крон каждая. Анализ крови делаем по желанию гостей без доплаты, так как это включено в цену и написано в подтверждении резервации. Гости Angelica Fajerski + Raja Verblinskiene анализ крови не требовали. За день до отьезда клиентки объявили, что у них пропало 20 евро. В отеле много лет работает надежный и проверенный персонал, и ни одного случая кражи не было. Со стороны руководства гостям, как потерпевшей стороне, было предложено вызвать полицию, чего они не сделали по непонятным причинам. Благодарим за сотрудничество.
