The cuisine surprised me with its abundance and variety, and most importantly, very tasty! Free and free access to the swimming pool and sauna is an excellent opportunity for free time. All the negative reviews about this hotel are true, although having read them before choosing a hotel, we hoped for the best, but after visiting Ambiente we were disappointed. Room cleaning is very superficial, you had to ask the staff for toilet paper, there is a coffee maker in the room, but there is no coffee or sugar. In the restaurant, such a small thing as toothpicks were only on the bar counter; it was apparently expensive to put on each table. Taking anything out of the restaurant is strictly prohibited, even leading to a scandal. In the pool, towels are only provided for a deposit of 10 euros and cannot always be exchanged for dry ones. The pillows in the room were not at all clear what they were made of; we had to sleep on our fists until they asked for additional ones, although our room was a two-room apartment. We are going to a resort to relax and get treatment, and I don’t want all these seemingly trifles to spoil the impressions of our vacation.

Unfortunately, there is a lot of negativity. We booked in March and wrote that the 5th floor would not suit us. We were given one room on the 4th floor, the second on the 5th. They referred to the fact that the category of rooms we had chosen was on the 5th floor. This is pure deception. There are torn curtains on the windows, the room is small and not comfortable. Be prepared that toiletries are given reluctantly or they simply aren’t there. Room cleaning is simply disgraceful. They don’t vacuum, they don’t wipe off dust. The restaurant still doesn’t have a coffee machine. The coffee is disgusting. There’s an extra charge for tea at dinner. We will not go to this hotel again. I asked the sanatorium to check that the rooms were not on the 5th floor, unfortunately, the request was partially satisfied. Irina

Why, having paid for half board, do you need to pay extra for tea, which almost no one takes for breakfast? Moreover, the hotel does not provide kettles or coolers on the floors. 2. Doctor’s appointment only the next day after arrival (although we arrived before lunch). And the procedures are still the next day. And I think that if tests are indicated in the program, then they need to be done or removed from the list of procedures. 3. The massage therapists are wonderful, but for the first two days the massage was done by a girl who may be good, but has nothing to do with massage. I understand that it is high season and there are probably not enough massage therapists, but I think that in your beautiful city you can find specialists the required level. I specially came for 21 days to undergo a full course of sanatorium-resort treatment, but I was never able to get medical help. The nurses (there are two of them, Yana and Alla) fully prescribed procedures for the back (I wanted to combine a drinking course with rehabilitation after surgical intervention in the spine), as a result, in 21 days there was an opportunity (and this was after my 3 visits to the nurses) to carry out 7 gas injection sessions, 7 massage sessions, 6 parafango sessions, and all this was crowded in the last week of my stay. Those. I spent two weeks waiting for the procedures I needed, over the last week I was given them “in bulk” and not in full, because I would have liked 10 of each, and in the end I went home with an exacerbation. This is not a treatment, of course, without question, now, being at home, I will undergo additional massage sessions, BUT!!! I would like to do this on vacation, when a person specifically plans time for his recovery!!! One more minor detail: I would like to have natural coffee for breakfast!

We booked the Junior apartment, which was in the video on the hotel website. We got a room with a tiny, uncomfortable and completely pointless living room for relaxation. There wasn't even a kettle, not to mention the advertised coffee maker, and an incomplete set of bathroom cosmetics. Such numbers are not invisible when ordering, they simply sold you a “pig in a poke” for a lot of money!
