Very small superior rooms, poor lighting in the rooms. The hotel category is too high, maximum 3 stars. Food does not meet dietary requirements. Everything is overcooked and there is a lot of mayonnaise. The staff only in the restaurant are trying, and some in the medical department. Although it’s hard to call it treatment. Massage with light stroking for 10 minutes. I don’t even want to talk about Thai... at the hotel reception, when they see a guest, the staff either turns away and pretends; that there is no guest))) this is the first time I have seen this in hotels in Europe. Bottom line. I will not return and I do not advise you. Everything is very objective, without emotions.

The first night we slept on already used sheets because we arrived in the evening and no one solved this problem. The towels are torn and gray. We had a double room with a friend and when we asked for a second foot towel, the maid said no. Cosmetics (soap, shampoo, conditioner and body gel) in this so-called 4* hotel are given out once every three days and only after a categorical request. There is a waiting list for gas injections. The time of the procedures is indicated on the appointment sheet, but they do not look at this and shorten it as anyone pleases, because the medical staff are multi-taskers (running from one procedure to another). I would especially like to note the cuisine of this 4* hotel - tea for lunch and dinner comes in a teapot. Question: How long does it take to brew? Soups are cold, the second is fish fried in breadcrumbs, or a mash of meat or chicken. Как правило, уборка в номере, смена постельного белья и дополнение моющих средств и косметики проводится раз в три дня, но по просьбе гостей может быть и чаще. Смещения в расписании процедур могут быть +/- 5 минут - кто то из гостей может опоздать или задержаться при раздевании или одевании. Питание в отеле очень разнообразное. Завтраки, обеды и ужины в форме шведского стола. Салат-бар. Международная кухня, есть возможность диетического питания, вегетарианские блюда, детское меню – по консультации с персоналом. Также есть возможность заказать lunch-packet с собой. Напитки на обед и ужин оплачиваются дополнительно: широкий ассортимент чая, кофе, прохладительных и алкогольных напитков.

Fresh vegetables for lunch and dinner are always seasoned with butter, sour cream or mayonnaise. I don't like seasoned vegetables. Why can’t you serve fresh vegetables, and let visitors season them with butter or sour cream at their own discretion? Lots of fried main courses. Charcot's shower is not Charcot's shower, hot water is not hot but warm, cold water is not cold but a little cooler than warm. There should be a contrast and the water temperature should be set to the recommended one using a thermometer and not by touch with the hand of the employee conducting the procedure. The jacuzzi smells strongly of bleach.

No help with the parking problem, help finally came from the night porter. Nice spa area, but the door in the ladies' room doesn't close and gives a shabby impression, apparently after a flood. In the restaurant they save a lot of fruit: it goes away quickly and isn't refilled for a long time.

When checking in, they offered room 412. I can’t determine the size of the room by eye, but I can tell the difference between a 180 cm wide bed and a 90 cm wide bed. . Hotel employee Svetlana explained to me that there are currently no available double rooms, and there is no way to book a single room on the sanatoriums.com website, and the room offered to me corresponds to the conditions of my booking. But if I don't like the offered room at all, then they can offer me another single room. They suggested room 501. This room is a little larger, with two windows and a view of the Church of Mary Magdalene. We stopped at this number. Bed linen was changed once during the 9 night stay. Cosmetics were added only after request at the reception or from the maid. Restaurant. The food is not dietary at all. A lot of fried foods, a lot of fatty foods, a lot of mayonnaise. Even boiled beets are seasoned with mayonnaise. No tea for dinner.

Cleaning is not very thorough. Upon arrival, they didn’t even remove the empty bottle of alcohol. Despite the tip, the maid barely moved and did not notice the garbage. The pool had poor drainage from the shower and therefore there was always water near the showers. The employees are constantly collecting water - but this did not help for long.
