I didn’t like that the sanatorium didn’t have its own doctor and no one could say exactly when he would come. The procedures suggested by the doctor are more cosmetic in nature than therapeutic. There are few staff at the resort, so some procedures, such as massage, are offered in limited quantities (2 per week). The massage therapist did his work without motivation, he was not interested in the specific problems of the patients. In general, we could still come to this hotel, but most likely without treatment, because there was none.

Sometimes even already cold. 10 minutes after the opening of the restaurant, the reporting began because... Due to the very small quantity, everything ended very quickly and it was necessary to constantly ask the staff to report anything. Even water for tea and tea leaves always ran out very quickly. The girls in the restaurant couldn't keep up. It’s just that, in my opinion, the organization itself in the restaurant should be reconsidered. Unfortunately, chaos reigns in the medical department. Few staff, unfortunately not all are friendly. There are a lot of dissatisfied patients for various reasons. Nurse Yana imagines himself there as both a nurse and a doctor, and probably at once the director of the entire Hotel. Her behavior towards us and watching her attitude towards other patients was very unpleasant. Unfortunately, we are unlikely to decide to visit this Hotel again.

Salads always with mayonnaise. Only black tea in the evening, poor coffee for breakfast. Very cheap quality bread for breakfast. A lot of things cut into very small pieces. Very small selection - definitely not 4 star food, at most 2. If you have gastrointestinal problems, the food in the hotel is not suitable at all. - Nothing is offered in the evenings - Treatments: There was no medical consultation. A source was prescribed that has just been repaired - you should know this. The application was prescribed that was not allowed to be carried out, even though the illness was reported. The treatments were prescribed by a nurse and not a doctor. - Lying very uncomfortable and flat - Towel as a pillow under the head The treatments were spread over the day - changing was not possible. too few staff - everyone got the same treatments - like an assembly line - one out, the next in - herbal baths were not offered when asked, the answer was there was a swimming pool. - There were only hydroxers - unfortunately I noticed that the water in them wasn't changed. - the documents/towels were not changed after use for the next guest, and they were not even ventilated. Overall lack of hygiene - there were guests with colds during the treatment who also said they had a cold, they weren't even asked whether a self-test had been done. During the application you lie next to a person who may be infected with Corona. One of the cleaning ladies also had a very bad cold and wore a mask, although not over her nose. Why do you wear a mask if you are not infected? The result of my stay at the hotel was a cold, so I left earlier and got a positive corona test at home on the same day - notification to the hotel by email. After three days, not even a "get well soon", let alone a refund for the two nights and 6 treatments - On the eve of my departure, I explained the reason for my earlier departure and also asked whether the hotel could provide me with a self-test - no , there was no. The woman at the reception told me that she didn't think I had Corona.

When you check in you have to sign a list of what you are not allowed to do. Not so bad... In the med. Area a warning: If you change dates you have to pay 200 crowns. If the delay is more than 5 minutes, there will be no further application. When checking out, you have to wait 15 minutes (without any explanation) until the room is inspected to make sure you haven't messed up a towel, etc. In the restaurant, the plates are not refilled if they are empty - you have to ask. The dessert mostly stale pastries. It is clear that every company has to work according to the economic principle, but you also have to find a sensible balance: the hotel guest is not given a gift, he pays money!
