We stayed at the Ambienta Hotel for the second time. Excellent location to the springs. The rooms were cleaned conscientiously, the girl was very friendly, the staff in the SPA center is also very friendly, they do everything professionally, with a smile and soul. Many thanks to the cooks and waiters. There is a large assortment of dishes, the cuisine is varied, a very wide selection of desserts, everything is very tasty and beautifully decorated, wonderful pastries, cleanliness all around and excellent service. I would like to see paraffin hand wraps added to the treatment procedures; it is a very good procedure, but here it is cosmetic and paid for.

the hotel is located high up and the approach to it is terrible, partially closed for renovation. In the evening there is no lighting at all. Honey. the staff is very poor quality, unprofessional! Treatment of guests is impolite and arrogant: purely commercial sale of procedures to make money. I felt terribly humiliated, a victim of commercial interests. I'll never go there again.

Not very good sound insulation. You can hear voices and the sound of TVs from neighboring rooms. The entrance doors in the rooms slam very hard. So if during the day you decide, instead of going for a walk, to just take a nap or read quietly, then this is almost impossible. But, on the other hand, you can replace this with a visit to the pool with a sauna and have a great time relaxing.

We stayed at this hotel for the first time, and also used the services of the site for the first time. Liked! The food is very varied, for every taste - I can say today. that I haven’t gained any weight at all, and that’s probably the main thing! And it depends on ourselves - we know what we can eat. The treatment is normal - like everywhere else! The service staff is wonderful! Everyone is polite and attentive! Room cleaning is done daily, all requests were satisfied! The spa area is great! The location of the hotel is convenient - the climb is convenient! We will celebrate the next New Year again in Ambiente!Negatives

1. The windows of the room face the street, it is very noisy, a car comes early in the morning to collect garbage. 2. There is not enough dairy products, especially in the evening - kefir, and I agree with the reviews already written, for lunch and dinner, in addition to tea and water, you can add juices and other drinks. 3. The main disadvantage is the work of a massage therapist, the difference is especially visible if a woman had a massage. This is just outright hackwork! which is called "thank you for stroking" lowered the rating for this.

The hotel director generally treats the hotel guests with disdain, turning on the speakerphone in her car, so that her conversation with her opponent could be heard in the room on the 4th floor with the windows closed. Уважаемый Alrx Gorunov, согласно правилам этикета, ни при каких обстоятельствах к обслуживающему персоналу не принято обращаться на ТЫ, тем более к главному администратору отеля - это во-первых. Во- вторых, принято проявлять уважение к таким же как Вы гостям, стоящим у стойки регистрации перед Вами: дождаться своей очереди и только потом обратитья со своей просьбой к сотруднику рецепции, ни кого не перебивая. Это во-вторых. Разговоривать в автомобиле по громкой связи сегодня может каждый. С директором отеля Вы не говорили внутри и возле здания отеля установлена система видеонаблюдения, следовательно она Вам ничего не отвечала, тем более по-русски. Это в-третьих. Автопарковка, принадлежащая отелю, не оснащена системой видеонаблюдения, по-этому цена справедливо отличается от гаража Libušina, услугами которой наши гости также пользуются. The medical staff is very friendly and professional, special thanks to the older sister Nadya for her attitude; I can only speak positively about the work of the waiters and special respect to the cooks for the range and quality of vegetable dishes; Previously, in the reviews there were negative assessments about the cleaning of the rooms - I didn’t notice anything like that during my stay, the maid Tatyana cleaned every day at the agreed time and was very conscientious.

My back hurts, instead of massage, underwater massage, magnetic therapy, I am prescribed whirlpool baths for my hands. Of course, I refused, but there was only one procedure for underwater massage. I travel fifteen hundred kilometers and get what I don’t need.

We got a small room for 3 people, stuffed another bed in there, went over our heads. We only found out at the hotels that there wouldn’t be several procedures. If we had found out earlier, we would have gone to another hotel. The sauna was open until 7.30. I didn’t have time to get married, I had to run to the sauna , we had time for half an hour in the sauna. We come to relax, not to do extreme sports and organize races

I liked the new doctor Svetlana Palsik, the very attentive new nurse Nadya Brozova, the staff, as in the previous visit, was friendly and friendly.
