Treatment - a young masseuse I don’t remember her name does NOT massage, but simply strokes and pours a large amount of oil onto the body. Food - very often they served fried fish, zucchini, chicken, etc. in batter. It would be better to just bake it in the oven, I don’t understand pasta salads and a lot of potatoes! As for vegetables, salads quickly ran out.

We vacationed in Karlovy Vary for the first time, so I can’t compare the stay at the Ambiente Spa Hotel with anything, but we liked the hotel’s location, treatment, food and the work of the staff, especially the manager Svetlana, who explained everything and helped. Regarding accommodation - we booked a room in a junior apartment, we were given the keys to room 510 and this closet is an apartment ????? for two?, Svetlana immediately offered another room - 509, where we settled, then they showed us two more rooms and when room 402 was released, we lived in the apartment for three days!!!!. By the way, Svetlana told me where to indicate and select the room size when booking. For treatment, they listed 24 procedures, 25 in the booking, after contacting the reception they added one more procedure. All these points that we didn’t like were resolved immediately, so I don’t want to write them negatively. Overall we had a very good rest, liked the hotel, its location, treatment, food - excellent, amazing. We are planning to come to this hotel for rest and treatment. THANK YOU!

I was accommodated in building B, which has only 6 or 8 rooms. The entrance to the main building was through the hospital via a steep spiral staircase, and it was closed when the hospital closed. The entrance staircase from the street is quite poorly lit. At my urgent request, I was transferred to the main building after the summary number appeared. I think that living in building B should cost less.

Maids' work. For 10 days the linen was not changed even once. Planning procedures. The nurse planned all the procedures for my wife before lunch, and everything for me after. which made it somewhat problematic to walk around the city together. When asked to change, the answer is no possibility. A nurse who gives gas injections in the boots she wears on the street. This, if not negative, at least looks strange. Despite these little things, my stay at Ambiente left pleasant memories.

The voucher was taken full board, which included 30 procedures per person. The procedures prescribed are absolutely unnecessary (inhalation, paraffin, electrotherapy). Some more serious procedures, in order for you to have them done well, you need to pay money (unofficially) or pay (officially) to have them done at all. The most effective treatment is to drink water from springs, and for this you do not have to go to a sanatorium. The same reviews were given by people living and undergoing treatment in other sanatoriums. Every man to his own taste!!! So it’s better to see for yourself!!!

Firstly, we thank Sanatoriums for the smooth execution of our hotel and transfer bookings. In Karlovy Vary for the 6th time already, so there is something to compare with. I liked the Ambiente Hotel for its location, a three-minute walk to the springs and the colonnade; the climb was not at all tiring, despite its age. The room was on the third floor, the room was warm, the heating was turned off, we even had to ventilate it at night, the heated towel rail was only on in the bathroom, very comfortable orthopedic mattresses, they were cleaned normally, bed linen was changed every four days, towels and bathrobes were provided whenever we wanted. The treatment base is good, everything is on time. All honey the staff is very attentive and friendly. The restaurant offers buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, the food was well prepared. I would especially like to mention the pool with various underwater massages and saunas, but during our stay (21 days) the salt cave was not open. We thank the reception staff (Anya, Valeria) and the manager Svetlana Demidova. If we have the opportunity, we will come to the hotel again.Negatives
- My wish is to buy a coffee machine. - Add TEA to the buffet menu for dinner, tea is paid, costs 60 CZK. - Replenish cosmetic toiletries every day, otherwise you have to beg soap from the maid every time, there is no shampoo, only shower gel, you had to buy shampoo, and this is a 4* hotel. - During excursions, they provide very meager dry rations, bread and a thin piece of ham and cheese for lunch and dinner. Managers need to think about this! There is no need to save money on this. Believe me, there is something to compare with.

Accommodation - everything without complaints, the shower could have been larger, otherwise it’s cozy, stylish, very clean, comfortable. The cleaning is high quality every day, with a daily change of towels and bed linen every 3-4 days. Thank you. I was impressed by the spa area with its cleanliness, comfort, friendly attitude of the staff and level of services. Nutrition is a song! Delicious, elegant, beautifully prepared, just have time to count the calories!!! The pastries are homemade and very tempting, the appetizers and salads are quite decent and without showing off, just at home.
