There are no cons. The only thing that caused smiles and jokes from the guests was the slowly working elevator, which sometimes moved on its own.

Very good 4, everything was absolutely fine - location, treatment, room. The food is excellent - many thanks to the chefs - the choice of dishes is good, everything is delicious. I would also like to mention the girls in the restaurant - they are just great, always with a smile, always ready to help, in the restaurant, no matter what time you come, there is always everything. The pool was not working for two weeks. This was an unpleasant surprise, since the hotel was chosen, among other things, by the presence of a swimming pool. The hotel apologized and gave us a bottle of wine, but it would have been better to arrange a visit to the pool at another hotel.

Ambient has a very nice spa area. This is perhaps the best thing about this hotel. True, the saunas include after lunch and use of the spa area until 7 pm. I vacationed in Ambient three times, but the last booking did not live up to my expectations. At the time of my check-in, the pool was not working there and I moved to another hotel.Negatives
This time I did not live in Ambient; at the time of check-in, the pool was not working there. Of the previous three times I stayed in Ambient, the negative thing was the food. The kitchen is very mediocre. Tea for lunch and dinner is for an additional fee.

We really liked the hotel. The location is good, just 200m from collonades. The staff at the hotel is very nice, everyone is friendly and attentive. All liked it ! It is clear that the treatment is in a sanatorium, so you will only meet with the doctor once. Calm, positive, relaxation! The cook at the hotel is very good and cooks delicious food! I liked everything about the spa: the walkway with cold hot water, the artificial snow in the sauna, and the jacuzzi with warm bubbling water! The staff is fast and accurate. I really enjoyed the excursion to Prague, many thanks to the organizers of the sanatorium, the guide Alena Reznikova is calm, responsive, a very competent guide, we are very grateful to her for covering the history of the Czech Republic. There was only one thing that upset me: when changing my underwear, I left a silver bracelet and a ring in my robe, I realized right away, but alas, it was too late and they said that they didn’t find anything. Two days after check-in, the water was drained from the pool, the pool was not working for almost 2 weeks, but the administration came to the rescue and it was nice to see a letter of apology and a bottle of dry Wine in the room as compensation.

Room: Dust cannot be wiped off, shower stalls cannot be washed, the hood in the toilet is not able to pass air through itself because it is completely clogged with dust. The parking lot is not only far away (10 minutes uphill), but it still needs to be found. Medical staff: coordination of visiting hours is absolutely not thought out. The doctor prescribes procedures not in accordance with the diseases. The procedures you need must be purchased yourself. The pool was broken and was being repaired throughout our stay; instead of offering tickets to nearby pools, we simply paid off with a bottle of wine and a thank you for your understanding. The recipe is a complete mess. The vouchers were bought for the same price, but upon check-out, for some reason they became 300 € more expensive, according to them, what the computer gives them is what they ask from us. At the reception, the staff changes every day, there is complete lack of communication between them, so if you don’t ask, the answer was that I wasn’t there yesterday. We are constantly being treated in this sanatorium; over the year there have been negative changes: 1. The quality of food preparation has deteriorated (there are practically no dietary dishes at lunch and dinner) 2. The work of massage therapists wants to be better (with the exception of massage therapist Karel - very good). 3. The gowns provided for attending procedures are dilapidated, partially torn and require urgent replacement.
