I enjoyed the comfortable stay. Caring and polite staff, competent and attentive doctor. Some procedures could be rescheduled or changed. A big plus is free access to the pool and sauna throughout the day. During my stay, my husband had a birthday, a festive table was set in the restaurant, and he received a vase of fruit and a bottle of wine as a gift from the hotel. It was a pleasure!

Да, понадобится освежить стены на 5-том этаже но трещин мы не нашли и само здание в таком же состоянии, как и год назад. тоесть не рушится и не чего подобного, если Вы это имели в виду. Естественно косметический осмотр нужен каждому зданию и мы также ухажуем о нашем отеле.

Doctor Svetlana is a great fellow, we received a lot of really practical advice and recommendations :) Olechka - procedures, simply lovely, sheer positivity, sunshine on her legs :) Mila - procedures and cosmetic procedures, only kindness and forethought :) The girls in the dining room - waitresses, thank you very much :) David - massage, golden hands, a great pro, but it’s a shame that we only got to see him once (the other 2 - nothing) Of the pros - quite a large swimming pool and sauna. :) Of the minuses, they work with breaks and only until 20.00, but at 19.30 they already begin to clean up and everyone seems to be leaving :( and the pool has a VERY SLIPPERY FLOOR !!!!!!!! only 3 people fell in front of me, a man very seriously injured my arm and back. Something needs to be done about this urgently!!!!!! At least throw a rubber mat near the steps, that’s where everyone falls... But in general, there was good weather, magical clean air, beauty all around, delicious food beer, overall the holiday was a success, but when was it bad to rest? The food was boring and rarely tasty. The first week we were overwhelmed with eggplants, I love eggplants in any form, but not half-raw, and not every day for lunch and dinner, 4 dishes at a time, both hot and cold appetizers. I even got the impression that what was not eaten for lunch went on to dinner..... :( and this was not just my opinion. By the way, I never wrote reviews, but we travel for a long time and every year, but then I just wanted to.. . Porridge - liquid milk soups with 3 grains of rice or oatmeal for the whole pan, and the nameplate was porridge. But there was 2 times good semolina porridge. Pros for 2 weeks: cottage cheese - 1 time borscht is delicious - 1 time rabbit is delicious - 2 times, this is normal croissants and small buns - 1 time, okay... thin cottage cheese pie, delicious, like homemade - 1 time, I kept waiting, well, maybe they will repeat it, but alas.... and the rest of the time, the same biscuits - you get them for the whole season at a discount We bought something almost every day, fish, but with a lot of small bones, I’ve never even seen hotels prepare this before, I honestly tried to try it every time, in the hope of something edible, but again, alas... questions - they They themselves don’t see that no one eats it or they really don’t care, there were juices from the pack every morning. My husband and mother at first persuaded me that everything was not so bad, but then they gave in, and before that I thought, that my husband is an omnivore and really loves baking in any form, but as it turned out, he’s not. This is of course none of my business, but I would change the cook or the products he receives. Добрый день, господин/жа Шафер, спасибо за Ваш отзыв. Что касается скользкого пола, я еще специально переспрашивала у персонала басейна. Персонал басейна протирает полы и предупреждает чтобы гости захадили в басейн и джакузи держась за перила и не спишa. В любом басейне можно подскальзнутся и на самом деле это так и ест, если не быть осторожным. Что касается еды, мне очень жаль, что Вашей семье не понравилось. Так как многие гости в первой очереде хвалят поваров и еду. Еда с обедов не кладется на ужен, все готовится со свежих продуктов. По личному опыту могу сказать, что в других отелях 4**** был выбор по скромнее чем у нас. Будем рады если Вы всетаки к нам еще не раз вернетися. Естественно все зависит от Вас.

Steep climb from the first source to the hotel along a cobblestone road. With three meals a day, only water and tea are given for lunch and dinner. Bananas, apricots, kiwis are cut in half. Small pieces of cake are brought out exactly according to the number of people. The names of the dishes are not indicated; you need to open the lid to see what dishes inside are constantly being burned with steam. I personally burned my hand twice and saw many times when people simply threw the lids and got burned by the hot steam. The music in the corridor at 7 am is very loud, if the procedures start before lunch, you still won’t be able to sleep. And lastly, we had to buy toilet paper at the supermarket, since we were given half a layer of toilet paper that couldn’t even be torn off the roll. There is a question, this hotel is four stars, and four European stars, not Egypt or Turkey! This should not happen in hotels of this level!

We were at the Ambiente Spa Hotel from January 24 to January 2. On the positive side - excellent number 301. Calm and unobtrusive neighbors, since we were the only regular guests. Several couples stayed for one night. Chef Ruslana served us, special thanks to her. We did not expect such delicious and varied dishes, and we are very grateful to her for her skill.
