The hotel is centrally located in close proximity to the main healing spring, Sprudel. The affordable Libusina car park is also nearby. The food in the restaurant was good and varied. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Knowledge of Russian is an advantage, but with Google Translation you can create a sufficient conversation. The management staff can speak German. I would have liked to have stayed longer than 2 weeks.
Excellent food, good SPA. The work of the massage therapists is excellent. The girls work great in the restaurant, they are always attentive and good-natured. Everything in the restaurant is always clean, the menu is excellent, varied and very tasty.

A hotel for relaxation, but not for treatment. Treatment here is a big minus. I booked a hotel 2 months ago, and they put me and my child in another building, where there is no transition to another building and I had to walk across the street (to the pool, for treatments, or to eat). I had to beg for another room in the main building. I waited 2 days to see a doctor and had to go several times every day. The procedures are distributed by the head nurse. I really didn't like the quality of treatment.

А что касается корпуса C, это также полноценная часть отела, как и корпус А и переход в нем есть, эту информацию всегда передаем гостям при check -ine. В лифте и также на 2. этаже, указаннa ифнормация о переходе из корпуса С в корпус А на дверях. По поводу врача, Вы приехали в пятницу вечером. На второй день получили процедуры а в воскресенье пришел врач. У Вас не пропала не одна процедура. Что касается качества процедур, к сожалению незнаю, что конкретно Вы имеете в виду. Very tasty food. Special thanks to the chefs for the evening of Ukrainian cuisine. Very tasty dumplings, borscht with pampushki, cabbage rolls, piroshki. The service staff in the restaurant greets guests in a friendly manner, always ready to help and fulfill any request. I would especially like to mention the always friendly and smiling Alla. Special thanks to Marina for the dinner she left for us after our trip to Prague.

On the first day, the appointment with the doctor was scheduled for all new arrivals at the same time, which led to confusion and crowding of people in the narrow corridor in front of the office. There was also confusion with the procedures all week. Firstly, several procedures prescribed by the doctor were not recorded in the slider, for example, instead of a hydromassage, a dry bath with carbon dioxide. Several guests had procedures scheduled for the same time, which led to crowding and long waits. The reason for it all was a woman named Yana, she was the one who was responsible for drawing up plans for the procedures. Attempts to discuss with her led to stress. The incompetence of one person ruined the overall experience. The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired. The shower room was not poorly cleaned, but the flooring was not vacuumed properly. Bed linen was not changed even once in a week. The pillows are very small and the mattresses have springs showing through.

The trip to Prague was very nice but on the trip to Prague the only explanations were given in Russian, which I thought was a shame for the German guests.
I was satisfied, I would love to come back again, the ambience is my favorite hotel, it's not my first time there. I recommend it 👍👌
Negatives
Elevator was broken for three days 😞 it wasn't nice and the cleaning lady could be better, in my opinion she was unfriendly, I don't want to say her name, otherwise everything is fine 👌
The hotel is in a good location, close to the center. The Russian-speaking staff was very friendly and helpful, everywhere, at the reception, in the dining room and even in the medical salon, but because of a couple of people of Czech origin, and especially the medical staff, I do not recommend choosing this hotel. As for the food, everything was very modest, apparently the emphasis is on great savings, but at the same time the tables were set with love, the staff is trying hard in this regard. Again, I had a luxury room, as I understand it, the luxury room includes good food, which I cannot confirm. Not only was the refrigerator empty, it smelled, perhaps from old age.

But regarding the negative, I have to make a special emphasis. In the room (luxury, at least regarding the price) the Internet was very, well, just very weak, the windows did not close or open well, the trash can in the bathroom - the lid was broken, there was no light over the sink for 3 days, the electrician, according to the staff, went shopping 😂 Well, the view from the window leaves much to be desired, of course we come to enjoy the sights of Karlovy Vary 😂 But the medical staff, Yana, is just a star, she considers herself a very significant person, and she doesn’t care what procedures the doctor prescribes, she knows better ☝️It has begun due to the fact that their Internet did not work for two days and they simply stole from me, in my opinion, one of the expensive procedures, as they call them - needles. She allowed me to repeatedly yell at me and accuse me of lying. The specially issued form was never given to me, I think precisely for the reason that the procedure did not comply with the doctor’s instructions. I have never encountered such rude attitude towards clients before. For my money, I wanted to rest peacefully and improve my health, but instead there were endless problems and hassle. When I asked the Sanatoriums staff for help via WhatsApp, there was no response, correctly, the clients were already there, the hotel should still be paid. The coffee machine that takes forever to make coffee. Food was almost always cold and salt was not spared. Internet was in short supply, nice staff at reception tried to convince me that the problem was with my smartphone, funny, half the hotel didn't have internet. Mattresses uncomfortable for me personally
Staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was healthy and fairly free of additives.
Negatives
Rooms: very old, bad mattresses and not enough light. For the most part, few lights were switched on in the restaurant and wellness area. Showers in the wellness area worked very poorly.
Not a cozy hotel, the room is dark, the bathroom is small (1mx2m), the doors to the rooms slam loudly. The photos of the rooms do not correspond to reality; they were taken 10 years ago.
We have been to this hotel 5 times. The food has become much worse, the dishes are all over-salted and heavily seasoned with pepper. No variety. Pancakes are over-fried in the morning, porridge is cooked in water. The coffee machine is low power, you have to stand in line.
