Как правило, постельное белье в отеле меняется 1 раз в 4 дня. У нас такого нет, чтобы 10 дней не менялась постель. Почему Вы не сказали об этом на рецепции? Если у гостя есть какие-либо особые пожелания или просьбы, мы всегда пойдем навстречу в меру реальных возможностей, даже если речь идет о качестве ткани простыней или халатов. Вы приехали отдыхать и получать удовольствие. То же самое касается анализа крови, заключительного приема врача, назначения процедур – всегда идем навстречу тем, нужно сказать об этом медсестре или доктору. Если произошла накладка с количеством процедур и осмотрами врача, достаточно было просто сказать. И пожалуйста, в следующий раз когда Вы приедете снова к нам, в случае неясностей или дискомфорта, обратитесь сразу непосредственно к администрации отеля. The hotel is located next to the geyser behind the church. We bought a 2-room apartment with 2 TVs and were not disappointed. No one bothered anyone, especially in the morning, I am a lark, my husband is a night owl. I really liked the sauna center. Swimming pool with warm water and current, jacuzzi, 2 baths, tropical shower. The procedures were carried out on time and our wishes were taken into account. The food was varied, 3 types of meat, poultry and fish, salads, pastries. In general, we were not hungry, compared to Venus, where they only gave us what we ordered the day before. The atmosphere in the hotel was great, the staff spoke Russian well and everyone was smiling. If you want to relax and gain strength, then this is the place for you. In the sanatorium where we were before, the hospital atmosphere and strict regime were a little tense.Negatives

1. It would be nice to ban smoking in the lobby bar. It's smoky, it's impossible to sit and drink coffee or tea in the evening. 2. I am allergic to lactose (in dairy products). There was no lactose-free milk, yogurt, or butter at all. 80% of all the food was not available to me 😥 I would like such products to be offered too. She prepared special dietary meals for me. All the chefs are great. Thanks to all the kitchen staff and waiters. Nadezhda, Karl, Roma were very attentive, they always came up and asked what to cook for me for lunch and dinner. I would like to thank Andre the administrator at the spa for his patience. She is very polite, understanding, and always helpful. Alla deserves special attention: she is a doctor by training, but by coincidence she works as a nurse. She will always listen to you, give you the right advice, and is very attentive. Thank you very much to Zorka. She is a very good massage therapist. Thanks to her, my head stopped hurting. The girls cleaned the rooms every day. They cleaned it very well. Lack of information from guests about the services provided, the frequency of room cleaning, linen changes, how the supply of coffee capsules in the room is replenished, the availability of NTV+ channels in the bar, the procedure for using the sun terrace, the procedure for meeting with a doctor for repeat appointments if necessary. We found out a significant part of the information only towards the end of our stay. But all this did not spoil our vacation, we just want this information to be taken into account.

The hotel has small rooms, but it was cozy, it wasn’t cold, but it was basically warm outside. The treatment is more for relaxation than for improving health, the main thing is, of course, water.
