Water was only provided from the tap in the restaurant. I've never seen anything like this before. When we arrived, we were immediately told that we had an excursion on Thursday. But we were given more procedures on Thursday. We went to the nurse to sort things out. But alas. We only received a denial. It was terrible. Nurse behavior. Instead of relaxation, we got a lot of stress. The sauna did not always work, the pool was cold. I will not return here again and do not recommend it. Very sorry for the disappointment.

The management of the sanatorium needs to improve the appointment of procedures. Whether to appoint a new person to this position. The nurse does not cope with her functions. Everyone constantly quarreled with her. Either there is no one for the procedure, or 5-6 people at once for the same procedure and the same time. Procedures were prescribed that the nurse wanted, not those prescribed by the doctor. They just had to be asked. Our voucher included 23 procedures. Upon departure, we did not go through 5 procedures. There is no permanent doctor in the sanatorium. Adequate Administrators at the reception desk practically do not decide anything, except for settlement and some minor information. It was not possible to communicate with the management of the sanatorium. As a hotel for staying and swimming in the pool, I recommend it, but as a sanatorium for treatment - NO.

First of all, I would like to thank the hotel staff for their great work. 1.Upon arrival, we were provided with a room of a higher category at no additional charge. Throughout the entire vacation, Andrei and Simone helped with advice on where to go, what to see, and how to get to certain places. Thank you very much. 2. The room was very clean, comfortable, everything was in order and functioned well (although the curtains and some towels are already due for replacement). The mattress and pillows were comfortable. The robe turned out to be small - they provided a choice of two extra. Shower supplies were always provided upon request. 3. Cleaning consisted of throwing out garbage, but when there was a senior maid, Lyudmila, she always cleaned everything thoroughly and made the bed (you don’t always have time to do this yourself, since sometimes the procedures begin early, and you also need to go to the spring and drink water). 4.Food. I would like to note the dishes - beautiful snow-white porcelain (it seemed so to me). It was tasty and varied. We tried to prepare interesting appetizers, mini-canapés, and salads. For breakfast there was always delicious porridge with milk, baked apples (it was nice to put them in the porridge), an amazing cottage cheese casserole. There was cottage cheese, as well as something that I couldn’t eat (due to the diet), but I can’t help but mention it. - pancakes, fried eggs, croutons, all kinds of salads. I can’t rate the coffee - I didn’t drink it. Tea - packaged. (I would like loose green and portioned teapots). The main dishes and side dishes are also varied - fish (but I would like it without breading and batter, which happened, but not often), pork, beef, chicken. For side dishes - vegetables, potatoes. They also served dumplings and pies (I can’t rate it, unfortunately, all because of the diet). I would like to make a special mention of the pastry table - it’s always delicious and homemade. Cakes, pastries (I allowed a little), and they once made Pavlova - a delicious thing!!! Puppa's confectionery has faded (Puppa had a bad experience with Eclair). I would like to thank the waitresses - Marina and Alla, they did everything to make visiting the restaurant a festive experience. 5. Treatment and SPA. Everything is more complicated here. Nurses, massage therapists - they try and put their hearts into it. They are always welcoming and will change procedures if necessary in time. Very professional and caring. There is an aquarium in the pool area - this is an additional relaxation for relaxation. There was also an aquarium in the reception area, but it was rarely possible to turn gray there, since the nurse asked me to wait for the procedure in the corridor. The Sanatoriums release lists the meals as dietary and buffet for all three meals. In the early days and on days when there were few visitors, they brought a choice of two dishes. Later the situation improved and the choice became decidedly greater. Regarding dietary nutrition. The diet involves less aggressive food preparation than the usual diet, with a minimum salt content, not fried, without an abundance of thick, spicy, tart components. This is important for those who come with stomach problems, which is what the KV resort itself is focused on. After a conversation with the manager, a lot has changed in nutrition for the better. It “turned its face” to dieters. They began to offer boiled and stewed dishes. Be interested in what is possible and what is undesirable (the chefs, not having the skills to prepare diet blues, tried their best to make the food suitable for the diet table). BUT still, the soups in one of the shifts in the kitchen were always salty; they had to be diluted with boiling water. Many salads contained mayonnaise, but I would like to season the salads myself with the dressing recommended by the diet. Although a few days after arrival, sour cream and vegetable oil for dressing appeared. I would also like to see classic green tea for breakfast (there was black, there was berry, there was green with lemon, but there wasn’t enough classic). I would like to say a few words about the musical accompaniment. The music was often harsh, loud, and gusty. I would like relaxation or background jazz, they would be suitable for a dining room, a spa area and a swimming pool. 3. There are questions about the organization of treatment. The procedures are prescribed by the head nurse. schedules them only for 2-3 days, and after I said in a conversation with female vacationers that this is unprofessional, the procedures should be scheduled for the entire period of stay at once (I have experience visiting other sanatoriums), they scheduled the procedures for me for the entire period. But because of this chaos with the schedule of procedures, I was not given one gas injection (the doctor prescribed 5, but they did 4), but they gave me one hydro-bath, which was not prescribed by the doctor at all. I would like to have an ice maker in the sauna area, it is there, but it doesn’t work. They promised to fix it. The nurses and all the staff in the spa area were ethical and responsive, which I cannot say about the head nurse and one employee who filled my hydro bath in the pool area (a little overweight, aged, looks like a gypsy, I don’t know her name). These ladies allow you to be rude, shout, and most likely consider hotel guests to be something disturbing in their lives. True, by the end of my stay, the head nurse changed her anger to mercy and even began to smile at me. Even if someone feels antipathy towards each other (we are all human, we have weaknesses and shortcomings), there is professional ethics. After all, we pay money for a vacation and expect a certain service. As for the space of the medical center itself, I would like to see softer and lighter colors in the interior. It's a little gloomy there. There is also a light bulb that is equipped with a motion sensor (it turns on only when someone walks down the corridor. If you are sitting and just calmly waiting for the procedure, the light is off and you are in complete darkness. Comfort is limited).

During the 7 days of our stay, the room was not cleaned even once, only the trash was taken out and not every day. I really didn’t like the food, everything was very salty, greasy, there was no simple drinking water at all, coffee was only for breakfast and of very poor quality. The procedures are prescribed by the nurse, all at random. I had a package with 18 procedures, they prescribed everything to me twice without my presence, no one asked my wishes. Why do I need 2 for everything? I wanted a course of 3 procedures 5 times! There is no system in treatment. There is no underwater massage, there is no ultrasound at all and there have been no blood and urine tests for a long time. In the treatment rooms, the couches are covered with towels and they are not changed between visitors; everyone is covered with the same blanket. There is no doctor in the hotel, a visiting doctor comes when there are enough people. This hotel is not for you if you are looking for treatment. I don’t recommend it and I won’t go to this hotel myself.
