We arrived and immediately had a problem finding parking for the car. Although I called the hotel in advance and they told me that this was not a problem. The room had not seen a thorough cleaning for a very long time; all the lamps had cobwebs, cobwebs in the corners, the bedside lamps were dusty, the minibar did not work. I immediately told the receptionist they promised to help, the next day I told the maid she promised to send a technician. In general, no one came, the minibar was moldy. And we had to store some food on the windowsill outside the window because we took a vacation without lunch so that we could walk freely. And if we wanted to have a little snack, we need to store food somewhere. The sauna is something terrible, it turned out you need to choose which wet or dry you want and only for an hour. The first time we ordered a dry sauna, we left and it was cold. Then Misha from the receptionist apologized and the next day at 22:00 he gave us a dry sauna. We moved to 22:00 and there were still people sitting there asking why they would set a time then? You can always visit the pool, but if this room is not heated, then you can simply get sick. We visited the pool only twice. 15 minutes each because the room is very cold. Everything I described is available in photos.

After staying for three weeks at the Tchaikovsky sanatorium, I was convinced that I would no longer take hotels with dogs. The first two weeks were fine, but on the third week they moved people with a dog into the next room. The dog barked for about an hour. I went downstairs to the administration. I say there are people with a dog and she barks all the time. If she barks at night, then I don’t know what to do. And Galina tells me. If she bothers you, then come to Monica’s to sleep in them. Well, I understood this as a joke, but they they heard me. Literally on Wednesday at 6.30 am the dog started barking. I went downstairs again to the administrators. To which Galina answers me. What can I do? I say I don’t know what you can do. You moved from here and you must take action accept. I paid money for a vacation and not for the stress that the dog is doing. Then the manager says the manager will come and talk to him. And several families from the floor went to the manager. We told her everything. In response, she didn’t tell us anything, but the next day the dog barked again. And a lot of people were indignant about the food. Not only was it cooked tasteless, they were also shaking during distribution so that an extra piece wouldn’t fall and there was no choice. One could say there was practically no fruit. It was clear that they were saving in order to drag me home. This was the first time I encountered this. This hotel is attractive for its price, but I won’t go there again.

Wonderful sanatorium! Excellent location, very clean and comfortable, large rooms, bathrobes, slippers in the room, you can easily go to procedures in a bathrobe. Very tasty, varied food. There is a swimming pool and sauna, you need to book in advance. Very friendly staff. I recommend this resort! The price-quality ratio was pleasantly surprising.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. As for the procedures, we can certainly improve them. We had 4 of them and I can’t speak for them all. The room was excellent, clean and with a balcony. Towels, soap, bathrobes were all provided. Special thanks to the cook, the food was excellent. Both breakfast and dinner. I think something needs to be done about the food. Breakfast is i. O. But at dinner the meat, potatoes, rice or pasta were distributed with a ladle on the plate. For example, four pieces of goulash were put on the plate. I was out for 4 hours in the afternoon and had quite an appetite. You can't get through the night counting out the side dishes! You would also have to season more, e.g. B. with herbs, salt and pepper. There was no dressing for the fresh salad, and everything on the bottles above the salad was only in Czech. German was missing! Nevertheless, I was satisfied. A beautiful house!

Cleaning - they came very early every day, although I repeatedly asked to do it later, the ladies were very unpleasant and angry. We had 2 meals a day. To say bad things is putting it mildly! There is no variety at all, floating salads, and very little food, if you come later, you don’t have to come at all. All the food looked unmarketable; we didn’t want to go at all, which is basically what we did... this is not our first time in KV, so there is something to compare with. It has never happened before that we didn’t eat at a hotel. For dinner there is always only one thing, I mean meat, there was no fish for 2 weeks... for tea in the evening there was very rarely one type of pastry that was left over from the morning! There were no fruits or vegetables. In short, it was very, very noticeable that they were saving... it was unpleasant and of course no one was going to return there again.

The transfer to the hotel was terrible, instead of 13:00 we left at 14:30 and stayed on the road for 5 hours, instead of 2.5-3, and I assumed that there would be a small bus with 7-8 seats, which by the way was on the way back and we got home perfectly . But on the way to Karlovy Vary there was a rather large bus with 19 seats, the bus was very cramped and uncomfortable. it is dirty, they put us in a room where there was 1 cm of dust on the wardrobe, the dining room is brought in aluminum pans (which is forbidden!), the salads are sour since the previous day only with the addition of some other product, they do not give fruit for lunch or dinner, slices of oranges for breakfast This is all that happened during my 10-day stay! It seems that there are no fruit trees in the Czech Republic: apple trees, pears, plums, etc. Many treatment rooms do not work, such as the Sharko shower, etc.
