I liked everything: accommodation, daily change of towels, room cleaning. There is a lot of different food, from dietary to classic. Everyone is waiting for the procedures when you arrive, you didn’t have to wait anywhere, everything was scheduled on time. And of course, evening relaxation: a swimming pool with cool water and a sauna. After such a day, you fall asleep and rest until the morning.

Dear employees of Sanatoriums.com, we kindly request you to update the commercials for the Tchaikovsky sanatorium. Your video regarding services and food is not 100 percent true. We were honestly shocked by the quality of the food, if it can be called food at all, especially with regard to dinner. During our week of stay, we couldn’t talk about any variety, once we were given 30 gram cutlets, and when my husband asked for two, he was simply refused for the reason that there wasn’t enough for everyone, salads are loudly said, tomatoes and cucumbers are also in limited quantities, fruit - only watermelon and not fresh, but there’s a special word for baking, one evening they put out ice cream, but that evening there was no baking for tea, and also if someone didn’t come right away for dinner, people didn’t even have enough food. In general, to say bad is to say nothing. And at the last breakfast there was generally rotten carbasa. As for the services, thanks to the sisters, the procedures are carried out, but also not all of them, and only they saved our stay in Tchaikovsky, and even if you want to get something additional, these procedures may simply not be available. Therefore, there is no point in buying the full package. The rooms were clean and cleaning was done every day; nothing bad can be said. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this hotel. And one more thing, there is no connection with the main building, since Tchaikovsky Palast has been closed for 2 years, we also only found out on the spot.

Despite the fact that there were very few vacationers at the hotel, the service staff worked with full dedication. The room was cleaned every day, towels and robe were changed upon request. The girls at the reception and procedures were always friendly and helpful if any issue needed to be resolved. The food suited me, the only thing I was missing was cottage cheese and kefir, which were not on the menu. When checking in I was disappointed because... It turned out that the pool was closed for maintenance, and the source supplied to the hotel was also not working. Therefore, every morning I had to run to the source to drink water, which is 0.5 km one way. Not all procedures worked, there was no dry carbon dioxide bath, lymphatic drainage, magnetic therapy, they are probably located in the Tchaikovsky Palace, which was closed. But it is advisable to warn about this when booking. All this was compensated to some extent by the excellent attitude of the hotel staff.

Источник подведен до рецепцие Палаце и он сейчас закрыт. Процедуры все внизу в отеле Чайковский и магнитотерапие и сухые углекисловые ванны есть работник заболел, лимфодренаж платная. Надеемся до встречи с Вами и все уже будет в порядке.

The website sanatoriums.com indicated a procedure - a dry bath with CO2 (I really hoped for it), but alas... it was not available at the sanatorium. And a paid facial massage (only 3 days later I found it at the Windsor Hotel (Thai head and face massage, as well as cosmetic facial massage in the beauty salon in the same hotel), which was not available at the Cajkovskij Sanatorium. I realized that you need to find out about the procedures in advance ( but not on the website). There were no lunches, we warned. If this happens, then know that there is an excellent restaurant Ruže (soups, main courses, desserts..... at very affordable prices).
