I thank the staff and all the hotel workers for the quality of their work! Firstly, the hotel has a very convenient location, not far from the center, 7 minutes walk, close to all the Kalanas, comfortable conditions, silence for relaxation. Meals 3 times a day, delicious dishes, the only thing is that lunch does not have a special choice, but breakfast and dinner are given a choice. Thank you all!

Rather not a negative, but simply a clarification that we had 3 meals a day, and for lunch there were not snacks, as indicated in the program, but a full lunch with soup, salad, side dish and main course. We didn't notice any cons :)

I've had nutritional problems twice because I don't eat pork. Unfortunately, this left me hungry. One of the administrators said that no one would have a dish in the restaurant specifically for me without pork((((. In the second case, another employee at the administration counter turned out to be more humane, called the restaurant and after that they fried me fish, otherwise I could have gone hungry and a second time. After the help of the second employee, the administration began to prepare dishes without pork for everyone. The statement of the first employee left an unpleasant taste in my soul.

The staff totally ignored you. If you didn't eat at the beginning you only got leftovers. The furnishings in the rooms are very poor, there was no storage space in the bathroom. The rooms are in need of renovation and poorly insulated, we had the room next to the elevator and it was very loud and disturbing. No kettle in the room. There was a strong smell of chlorine throughout the hotel.
