There is no negativity, just a couple of wishes. The robe could be changed within a week's stay. Slightly improve the quality of procedures - massage, for example. But this is an eternal story. I would like a fitness room, alas, there is none.

It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the springs, Sadova Street is quiet and beautiful even in winter. In addition, from the hotel there is a second exit to another street leading into the forest, to the Church of Saints Peter and Paul, the restaurant “Little Versailles” . Thanks to the service staff and medical workers for their attention and friendly attitude. This year the schedule of procedures was drawn up very conveniently, all requests and wishes were taken into account. The room was clean and comfortable, there were no complaints about the cleaning. The food (buffet) is high quality and varied, lots of fruit: apples, bananas, plums, grapes, sliced oranges, melons, pineapples. Drinks are free for lunch and dinner.Negatives

Good afternoon. We were in Karlovy Vary for the first time. We chose the Tchaikovsky Hotel and did not regret it even once in 2 weeks. I liked everything very much. Good location in a quiet street, next to an Orthodox church, next to springs, 5 minutes of leisurely walking. The hotel is located a little on the mountain, but this is more a plus than a minus. The Tchaikovsky sanatorium is located on a very beautiful Sadovaya street. Not far from the colonnades, but a little uphill. Snow just fell unexpectedly in winter, the sidewalk was poorly cleared and it was a little slippery. This does not apply to Tchaikovsky. The janitor tried. It was also slippery near the springs. The treatment was at a very good level, starting from the doctor and all the medical staff. The buffet food is worthy of 4 stars. Tasty and varied with excellent pastries and an abundance of Fruits. Many people in Karlovy Vary complain about the lack of tea for lunch and dinner.. Tchaikovsky has everything. A gift was given for a two-hour stay in the sauna - there are 3 of them -40,60 and 80 degrees, and a jacuzzi. We really liked it and repeated it one more time for a fee of 200 CZK for two, but with the addition of another couple.Negatives
And a little about the sad. We chose a sanatorium with a swimming pool. We wanted to get gymnastics in the pool and swim. take a steam bath in the sauna. The water is cool, you have a cold. The walls of the pool are not the freshest! There are no changing rooms in the pool! Saunas are not working! You could order them from 16:00 for a fee, then there was a swimming pool for those who ordered. We didn't take the risk anymore. The people at the reception were not very friendly. (except Veronica). They could have ignored the greeting. It was my friend’s birthday - it was ignored, which is very strange. In other sanatoriums it is welcomed and celebrated in some way.

This is the third time we have vacationed in this hotel. We left in a good mood and full of energy, swam every day in the pool, which was open even on weekends and holidays. This time our 15-year-old grandson also vacationed with us, he surprisingly liked everything! There were no problems in organizing arrival and departure, the transfer did not disappoint. The hotel is cleaned well, but we kindly ask you to replace the cleaning products with odorless products, the chemical smell lasts almost the whole day... Regarding the procedures... they write out very little, they want you to buy a lot more... I really didn’t like the massage therapist (young, fair-haired, unfortunately I didn’t remember the name, not only was the massage more like stroking and there was also a chocolate bar on the table with a hint... I, a 68-year-old lady who has traveled a lot around Europe, was shocked by everything I saw in the sanatorium. Firstly, they literally put me on my feet. I did not expect such an effect from a two-week treatment. Secondly, the attitude of the staff, extremely friendly and patient, warmed my soul all two weeks: the doctor, the nurses, the service staff in the dining room, the receptionists on duty, and the women who cleaned the room - everyone expressed the kindest feelings. Location The sanatorium is wonderful: quiet, sweet Sadova in the very center of Karlovy Vary. It’s close to the springs, and the short walk was pleasant. The food was excellent, the dietary cuisine was excellent. Having arrived as a wreck and barely dragging myself up the 10 steps of the porch, I left as a normal person. And the gastritis seems to have gone away. Everywhere is clean. I am very grateful to the staff of the sanatorium for everything. Having chosen the place of treatment at random, without any recommendations, I was not mistaken. But there is no negativity. The depression passed, and I returned home, 10 years younger And more. Book your transfer through Sanatoriums. The drivers there are also nice, kind people. I would like to thank the drivers of both cars for the EXCELLENT service. I really liked the treatment at the Tchaikovsky sanatorium, but the introduction (arrival from the airport) and conclusion (departure) were worthy chords in an unforgettable trip to the Czech Republic.

I chose a hotel room with windows facing the courtyard, but it was not indicated that the extractor hood would be constantly and noisily working under the window. The façade of the neighboring building was undergoing renovations. The territory was not fenced in anything; garbage fell onto the path along which vacationers walked in a stream. One day, a bucket fell almost at my feet from the height of the third floor, which workers were lifting on a rope onto scaffolding, and it fell off. I had no idea that safety precautions could be neglected this way. In general, I liked the treatment and vacation, but by the end of the first week, when I walked around all the sights and paths in the forest, it became unbearably boring. Why are there no concerts or performances at all? I’m sure that if Russian-language theaters came, it would be a full house.

THERE IS NO SULFUR BATH, which is advertised here on the website, because of which I chose Tchaikovsky, even during my stay (03/31 to 04/14/2016) there was no physiotherapist, they said he quit, they haven’t hired a new one yet. The pool is cold, if no one has booked a sauna, it is simply icy and the room itself is not heated, I got a cold in my back.
