The period of stay at the Tchaikovsky SPA hotel is from 01/02 to 01/09/2016. With deep respect, I express my gratitude to all the students who organized my vacation. Thanks to the management for the quick response to my requests to the hotel to prepare documents for a visa. Special thanks to the representatives of Sanatoriums.com for clarification on all issues of interest related to treatment, accommodation, and transfer organization. From the moment of check-in to the moment of departure, everything was organized at the highest level. Check-in took place immediately, the patient's card was prepared, the doctor's appointment, and the provision of services according to the package (procedure 17) exceeded all expectations. The culture and quality of service in all departments of the sanatorium are at the highest level. Excellent medical facilities, SPA, warm water pool, well-equipped rooms. The room in which I lived was located near the elevator, but this did not interfere with rest and sleep.Negatives
The sound insulation from the next room is poor (in particular, when taking a shower in the next room in the early morning, the water rattles terribly on the shower wall)

Minor disadvantages would include the early time of some procedures and their busy schedule in the morning. Sometimes you need to try hard to have time for procedures, drink water, and have breakfast.

The treatment in general is not bad, but the small rooms for the procedures are very uncomfortable. Baths are done behind a curtain; there is no place to get out of the bath and dry off. After mud compresses with a dirty back, you need to go to your room to wash, the nurse does not wipe your back. A number of procedures that are standardly performed in Karlovy Vary are paid (oxygen therapy and lymphatic drainage).

"Tchaikovsky" is best used as a place to sleep. Firstly, the single room is more like a punishment cell in size. Secondly, I went for procedures, and there is so much you can see in the city, go on excursions. You don’t have to go to the pool - it’s cramped, you can only dive there after the sauna.

I didn't like the reception at all. I came from a walk and stood for 15 minutes waiting for the girl on duty to hand out the keys to the room. She was wandering around the hotel somewhere. Well, this is completely unacceptable.

We went exclusively for treatment. Moreover, they focused on the hotel, where they perform procedures for the spine. Tchaikovsky was chosen according to two criteria: some procedures are carried out with thermal water and nearby springs. In general, treatment expectations were met. Gas injections and magnetic therapy helped. Plus, pearl baths are very good. I strongly recommend it.

Cozy sanatorium, clean, rooms are cleaned regularly. There is dietary food, which helped my wife and I a lot, since we came to specifically treat our stomach. The treatment was generally normal, I especially liked the gas injections - I felt the results immediately.

Of the advantages of the hotel, perhaps only the location and the fact that the procedures are performed on thermal water. I didn't like the attending physician. The medical staff is different, some are pleasant, some are indifferent, and they won’t come again. The views from the window are good only from those rooms that face the street.
