There is no soundproofing at all, you can hear everything that happens in the next room, including in the toilet. The hotel cook needs to be fired, the food is not only not tasty, but also looks bad. If you come to the end of lunch or breakfast, there may be no food.

The only thing that left a negative impression was that the “free” trip to Prague had to sacrifice procedures (of course, no one warned about this). Although we talked about this in advance. I was in this sanatorium for the first time. Its location is good. I had 2 weeks, 18 procedures and 3 meals a day. Of course, there are not enough procedures and in my opinion 2 meals a day are enough, because lunch is nothing. If only for people, who love soups. The salad for lunch was 1-2 and tasteless. Breakfasts and dinners were always decent. The room is cozy, the bed linen is clean and of very good quality, but the pillows are something. Please replace them. After all, people are 90% In the morning they wake up either with a headache or with a twisted neck. I liked the procedures, the service was wonderful. Overall I was very satisfied. There is a suggestion - print in the form of a reminder everything about the sources and let them be in every room so that people consciously drink this water, rather than passing on your knowledge to others. I booked a hotel for the first time through the website sanatoriums.com. I can confidently recommend it. There are no complaints. Everything went great and the transfer from the airport was on time.. At the expense of the hotel. I watched a video on the website in advance about what procedures are carried out, what rooms are available, where the hotel is located and what services they offer. There were no surprises for me. I was very lucky with the room, I ordered a single room and received a double. Many people in the comments complained about the food. To be honest, this is not a gourmet restaurant, but I never left hungry. The choice is not very large, but it was delicious and there was enough of everything for me. (Come to dinner on time, exactly at 18:00) Thanks to the cook, all the girls in the kitchen and especially the girls who carry out the procedures. (Michaela is wonderful and very helpful). Overall, for such a low price (I booked accommodation at a good discount) I was satisfied. The hotel staff is very responsive and always helped with any questions.Negatives
I didn't see any negativity. It was a very hot week and there was no air conditioning. But, this was indicated in the hotel description. But it was very nice at night. There is no kettle in the rooms, but you can always ask for a thermos with hot water in the kitchen.

The food is very bad. Terrible!!!! If you don’t come at the very beginning of breakfast or dinner, but are late, then after an hour there will be nothing to eat. The first time I came late (40 minutes) for breakfast, the only food I had was pieces of sausage and sausage. Nothing more, nothing at all! We were told that they had eaten everything. And only after the assembled visitors expressed their indignation did food suddenly appear. Another time, for dinner I was offered the remaining burnt cutlets (the restaurant employee asked “Are you going to eat these coals?”), since they had already eaten normal food before and for some reason there wasn’t enough for everyone. Again I had to explain to the administration, and they offered me dinner somewhere at my own expense, and the next day they reimbursed me with lunch, which was not previously included in my stay. All this leaves a negative impression.
