Unfortunately, we had some problems with our reservation. The reservation was immediately confirmed by letter and then, upon verification, was re-confirmed by telephone conversation with a site employee. In fact, it turned out that on the last day this room had already been booked by someone, and we had to move to another room for a day. Not tragic, but a definite inconvenience.

They underwent treatment from 12/04/17 to 12/14/17. I really liked the doctor, a highly professional, attentive and friendly, caring (as is often the case nowadays. The entire hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The accommodation was comfortable, the food was varied and there are always dietary dishes on the menu, which my husband and I especially liked.

The most pleasant stay in Karlovy Vary in recent years. And this is thanks to the Iris sanatorium! Dr. Y. Onisko has a competent and reasonable approach to treatment. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel is small, cozy, very comfortable. In the evening you can calmly go to the sauna or swim in the pool, fortunately it is always free there. The restaurant has a very varied menu, it’s even difficult to choose, because the dishes are prepared and served in a very appetizing and elegant way. There is a competent approach to doing business throughout. Special thanks to Sanatoriums for their impeccable, well-coordinated work. I would like to wish everyone health and prosperity.

I arrived with my husband at the Iris sanatorium from December 3 to December 10, 2017. During our stay, we felt comfort and warmth. The room was modern and clean. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail. Even the toiletries in the room included nail files and a set of needles and threads. The food is high quality and dietary. The bread was always tasty and fresh. I really liked the custom-made system of dishes for dinner, as well as the preparation of hot drinks for breakfast in the morning. Many thanks to the director for organizing and to all the service staff for their excellent work. I liked everything very much.Negatives

We haven’t been to Karlovy Vary for 7 years, the last 3 years we have given preference to Marianske Lazne. But having visited the Iris Hotel in November, we are sure that next year we will choose KV without hesitation. I liked the hotel itself, the room, the design of the premises, the pool, the food, the availability of treatment procedures - everything is rated 5. But the most important thing in the hotel is the staff, for the entire period of stay - 21 days - they pay attention to the residents, they respond to any request. We arrived at 8 in the morning, and before our room was released, we were temporarily placed in another room, which was very important for us, as we did not sleep at night due to the flight. We have never met such an attentive and competent doctor as Yuri Onishko at other resorts. Thank you everyone for the rest and treatment!Negatives
I looked at the prices for 2018 - a very significant increase, it will be a shame that I will have to consider other hotels for this reason - I would like to return to the Iris Hotel

Everything is great!!! Dr. Yuri Onisko is a highly qualified specialist. Many people come because of him. He is a doctor from God. The staff are all good and good-natured. You won’t regret eating. The waiters in the restaurant are helpful.Negatives
The downside is that if you open the window to ventilate, all the smoke from the cigarettes will be in your room. Who wants to get treatment comfortably, choose rooms on the back side of the sanatorium. People, without understanding, smoke under the windows.

The holiday was great. The hotel is wonderful not only because it is new. It is intimate, cozy and stylish. Good doctor, friendly staff. No fuss or crowds either in the restaurant or during the procedures. Excellent SPA. After walking in the forest, it’s so nice to relax in the pool and jacuzzi. I was in the sanatorium for only one week, which I really regretted, the course of treatment was well chosen by Dr. Yuri Onisko. I began to feel much better. All the medical staff of the sanatorium could professionally talk about each procedure. The restaurant always prepared carefully and tasty food, they always served us in a good mood. There were no misunderstandings, fuss or noise in the hotel. I really want to visit again, but I’ll find time for at least 2 weeks.Negatives
