It would be a good idea to install coolers with drinking water, at least near the elevator. This was especially lacking in the Spa area. I was on vacation with my daughter in September 2016. For the first time in Karlovy Vary. We are very pleased with our vacation. The sanatorium is new and beautiful. Good afternoon, during the entire stay there was not a single comment. A wonderful sanatorium, you can drink mineral water in the building itself, there are all procedures! The doctor is a gift, he always listens, shows interest, and you can see in his eyes that the health of the guests is the most important thing for him. We rested in the iris sanatorium for 12 days, the sanatorium is new. The rooms are very bright and large. The bed was changed every 3 days, very good linen, orthopedic mattresses. I would really like to thank all the staff working in this wonderful sanatorium, we were completely delighted throughout all the days. I really want to mention the highly qualified doctor and wonderful person Yuri Ivanovich! Who treated each of us with great attention and prescribed the correct treatment. The medical staff was very well-coordinated, good-natured, all procedures were comfortable, strictly on time, there was no need to wait. We were always greeted with a smile. The cuisine was gorgeous, everything was delicious, the menu was never repeated, I especially want to mention the chef Marushka, who prepared delicious dietary dishes, everything was served very beautifully. Отмечу, что в ванных комнатах действительно нет занавесок, там установлено стекло и если Вы даете большой напор воды, то она может попадать на пол. Занавески - это не всегда гигиенично, тем более что они часто дают неприятный запах. Что касается шампуня, то мы проверяем эту информацию. Обычно шампуни полностью упакованные, наши горничные следят за этим, но если такое случилось - это может быть только брак производителя. The hotel is located in a beautiful location, very convenient and close to the Colonnade springs. Hotel after reorganization and renovation. All procedures, swimming pool, saunas, salt cave, restaurant, bar - in one room. All equipment is new, snow-white linen, towels are changed daily, beds are changed every 1-2 days. Hotel director, chief physician - MVDr - Yuri Onisko - a very attentive, sensitive doctor who is comfortable with himself and open to frank conversation. For which I thank him very much! During the procedures everything is rosy, they are always in a good mood and greeted with a kind smile. Main sister Tanya and Alochka and other medical staff There are no queues. It’s nice to hear: “Come in, we’re waiting for you!”, “Is that convenient for you?”, “I’ll help you”! The morning begins with the smile of Yanochka, Sasha, Evgeniy, Martin - “Good morning” - reception. In the restaurant, golden Lubos, Claudia and Nanas are waiting for us with a hot cup of espresso coffee, etc. The cuisine is excellent, varied, cereals, pastries, fruits. I would like to sincerely thank the entire hotel team for their warmth, comfort, care, friendliness and, of course, qualified approach to their work. Здравствуйте уважаемая Марина! Спасибо за Ваш отзыв. Кондиционер в отеле действительно ломался один раз, мы его отремонтировали в кратчайшие сроки. Что касается, как Вы пишите, использования вчерашней еды, то это объективно невозможно. Во-первых, оставшиеся продукты утилизируются, у нас в Чешской Республике в этом плане строгие законы. И если Вы заметили небрежность в плане уборки пыли на полочках, то это могло быть только в том случае, если полочка была полностью заставлена Вашими личными вещами. А наши горничные не имеют права прикасаться к личным вещам гостей. Мы уже предупредили горничных, чтобы они спрашивали разрешения гостей, если надо сдвинуть их личные вещи при уборке.
