Если у клиента пожелание отличается от того, что мы предлагаем, всегда стараемся блюдо или гарнир заменить. Клиент, который не договорился с нашим врачем, что хочет более диетическое питание, получает питание полное калории, овощей и нужных жиров. Но в процессе прибывания все это можно изменить. У нас 4 вида диет. Мы очень хотим, чтобы вы следующий раз выбрал опять наш санаторий, не стеснялся и высказывал нам свои пожелания. Мы с удовольствием их выполним. С уважением, директор санатория.
