I consider that the location of the spa hotel in relation to the main resort colonnade, the distance to which is 900 meters, is optimal, because, as we know, when passing a drinking therapeutic course with mineral water, you need to move more to better absorb the useful substances. A plus of the spa hotel is the fact that on its territory installed buvetts of mineral water springs "Edward VII" and "Augustine", which are well help in the treatment of diseases of the urinary system and affect the motor function of the stomach and intestines. The water of "Augustine" spring is more often prescribed in patients with increased secretory function of the stomach, liver diseases, diabetes mellitus. The water of these springs is also used for a mineral carbon dioxide bath. The quality of therapeutic base of the spa hotel is very good, guests are offered a classic set of spa procedures. The doctor in the treatment department, in my opinion, is qualified enough.

All rooms in OREA Spa Hotel Cristal are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, have a climate control system. In the hotel is one big restaurant for breakfast, lunch and diner. The quality of food in the restaurant of the spa hotel is at a good level, I have not noticed any special delights, but the choice of dishes is sufficient, there is also a diet food. Places for guests in restaurants are not fixed. The disadvantages include the fact that for lunch and dinner guests are offered only one type of soup and drinks are not provided. The hotel's Cristal café offers delicious homemade desserts focusing on French and Czech confectionery. Excellent coffee, drinks or homemade lemonades.

Accommodation, food and staff work are all at the level, we liked it. We really liked that the resort has a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna, which we used daily without restrictions. The location of the sanatorium is good, we think we will come again. We got to the sanatorium by transfer, thanks to the drivers for their attention, responsiveness and relatively short travel time. We personally thank the driver Martin who took us home! The route for delivering vacationers to the sanatorium and the return trip home was successfully planned by the carrier company, thank you for your concern!

Negatives

The windows of our room faced the street, the first days we were uncomfortable, the noise from the street from passing cars and passers-by disturbed us, but then of course we got used to it. Sound insulation leaves much to be desired. A little about the pool and sauna: Unfortunately, not all vacationers went through the shower before entering the pool or jacuzzi; some behaved very loudly and dived into the pool, although there are warnings that this is prohibited. It wouldn't hurt to have staff here from time to time to monitor things.

Overall we really liked it. Will come again, but to a different hotel. We would like to get to know more. The pickup was on time and pleasant.

Negatives

The return transport was unacceptable because the vehicle was much too small and there was not enough space for the suitcases. The rear headrests had to be completely lowered to accommodate everything. In an accident, the three people sitting in the back would be dead. That has to be said honestly, and you wanted an assessment. We will refuse transport to someone like that on the next trip. Please keep this in mind, until then all the best. We expected more from the quality of treatment. The suggested trip to Prague is not suitable on Thursdays as the flow of the treatment process will be lost.

We were in the Crystal Palast sanatorium for 6 days. Three people, in two rooms that were nearby, this was very important for us, since our son was disabled since childhood. I really liked it, the staff is very friendly, polite and competent. You could always choose something to eat. Very tasty and in sufficient quantity. The procedures were at the highest level. The doctor is very competent and polite. There are no negative complaints from our side. In a word, well done. We are planning to come for two weeks in the fall. Thank you for a nice stay with you. The welcome at the hotel wasn't that good. The lady with the blonde hair was very unfriendly…. The other staff, on the other hand, was very friendly. The lady who implemented the applications in particular was very competent and friendly.

Many thanks to the Sanatorium Som Company. for a well-organized vacation and treatment. Everything was professionally organized. I especially liked the excursion to Prague with a wonderful guide Valentina. I really liked the Cristal Palac hotel for its good medical care, the work of the head nurse, all the staff who were always ready to help, good housekeeping, and cleanliness of the hotel. I would also like to express my gratitude to the restaurant staff and the chef for the varied and delicious preparation of dishes and service. The room faced the quiet courtyard side, which I found very pleasant. The room and bathroom were more than big enough for a single room. I liked the modern bathroom (with the large walk-in shower) best. The restaurant offered varied and typical local cuisine, which I was very pleased about as I love and prefer Czech food. When putting together applications, my diagnoses and wishes were taken into account very well. The applications were carried out technically perfectly. I like to come back for a break from everyday life because the hotel and staff gave me a very calming and harmonious aura.
