We stayed for 14 nights. Cristal Palace Martianske Lazne. We got room #304. The windows faced the courtyard. Right above the trash cans and delivery door. Starting at 5 am (sometimes earlier) a delivery truck arrives for the restaurant. They unload very noisily and talk loudly. There is a very strong echo in the yard. Throughout the day, restaurant workers throw out garbage. It is also very loud. Especially when glass bottles are thrown away. One wall of the room borders the elevator for workers. It starts rattling and ringing from 7 in the morning until the evening. It is not possible to rest between procedures. We asked to change the room. We waited 3 days. We were offered a room on the floor above and it was also very close to garbage cans and a garage (where they also keep boxes and loudly open the gates.
