Completely negative. I thought not to write anything, but on the last day when we were checking out I was simply shocked. When leaving the hotel, the lady at the reception took away 3 glasses of beer because it turns out there was a promotion that I could spend 20 euros a day in a restaurant and on procedures. (I notified with such with a malicious smile and said that you simply didn’t know) Nobody told us about this, even though the hotel employs 50% of Russian-speaking staff. The waiters are not professionals in their field, they are not friendly, the Czechs did not understand the Russian language well, they were nervous, and there was no communication with the Ukrainian waitresses ... The procedures were, to be honest, not very good. They didn’t always do it well.. The room was cleaned depending on the person, when the Czech woman arrived she didn’t do anything, only changed the towels and took out the trash. During the 12 days we stayed at the hotel, they never changed our bed and almost all of these days we were given only one sheet for two people for the sauna. The room was on the fifth floor, milipisdrical, the window was small, round, like on an airplane and only opened slightly for micro-ventilation. The temperature in the room did not exceed +18 degrees. I would advise the next hotel clients to discuss their rooms in advance, because many people had luxurious ones for the same price numbers. The pool is very small, not the same as in the photo, and this also applies to the Jacuzzi... miniature... the sauna was also not very good, on weekdays it opened from 16.00 and there were always a lot of people. We rested at the cristal palace sanatorium from 10.26.22 to 11.11.22. We were very pleased with our vacation. Especially huge thanks to Lyudmila, who received us on the day of arrival at the reception desk. Her attitude and ability to work with clients was a decisive factor for placement in this resort. For every one of my wants, she had an answer - I can. In general, I would like to say thank you to all the staff we encountered. The food is excellent, the treatment is excellent. If they don’t receive tips, then all subsequent massages can no longer be called massages. The cleaning of the rooms should be much better, we were there for almost 2 weeks but no one ever wiped off the dust, the bed was changed once a week and the towel was optional.
