This is the second time I have vacationed at the Cristal Palace sanatorium. Very convenient location of the hotel, friendly staff, good treatment. I agree with previous reviews about the quality of food during dinners. Indeed, the cook adds a lot of salt to the dishes. Such dishes are not suitable for vacationing guests with dietary recommendations. I addressed this remark to the service staff, but they just shrug their shoulders and say that they can’t fix anything. The cook needs to be changed! Regarding the procedures, I would like to note the professional work of Maria from the dry gas baths department and Milos from the massage department. Many thanks to them! I would really like to come to this sanatorium again.

I had osteochondrosis - hernias in the neck, thoracic area and lower back. The left leg swells where the foot is, like edema. The pressure sometimes rises. Although it was written on the Internet, they did not take a blood test or a cardiogram. Even during the appointment, the doctor did not check the pressure (and all). I asked to change the massage therapist, then I refused the second one too... It wasn’t very comfortable, as if someone was forcing them to do a massage... I don’t know how anyone, I think besides breakfast, the quality of food for lunch and dinner is not good, Sometimes there were very poor quality fish and beef, meats (chicken, beef is not cleaned well before cooking, I don’t eat pig). The second day I refused lunch and reported this to the administration in room 214. The goulash in sauce is disgustingly prepared. We need more training on cooking, serais and ethics. You walk through the dining room, half the tables are reserved and there is no place to sit. Several times I had to get up and look for a seat because the staff came and asked for it. I see people who reserved a table are not even there for almost an hour. You think this is a restaurant inside the sanatorium and not a separate restaurant on the street, why do they do this. You can do this, give everyone a table number. I felt a kind of cold attitude. If you take something to drink from the bar, you are a good boy... Here, somehow, the sanatorium changes its orientation. I think it is necessary to conduct an investigation and thus raise the level of service and attitude.

For us, residents of the Middle East, where the sun is hot for more than half the year in a climate zone like Marienbad, and even though it was 32-33°, it was just great. magnificent air, clean, there are no industrial enterprises, pleasant, welcoming people who will talk to you in your native language. The rapport with the staff is just great. Despite the fact that we can say that the hotel is not the most modern, it is very cozy, very comfortable, it is located almost in the forest and you go out and find yourself in a fairy tale. There was no variety of dishes, side dishes included pasta, potatoes, rice and bread; by the end of our stay, frozen vegetables appeared. 2 main courses: frozen fish like porridge and, mainly, pork... Everything is peppered, over-salted and in batter. These dishes are prohibited for patients with diabetes. The fruits were second-rate, there were no fresh vegetables except cucumbers and tomatoes. All drinks are paid, including water. 2. Room cleaning included taking out the trash and changing towels; the linen was changed on the 8th day of our stay at the hotel after a scandal and a forced official statement addressed to the hotel manager, registered in 2 copies and sent by email. Mail in English (the application in Russian at the reception desk refused to accept). 3. It is very cold in the bathroom because there are no heating sources (no heated floors, no radiators, no heated towel rail) and there were no soap accessories except for a non-working dispenser. 4.
