As for the rooms, they are of normal size, the bed is quite decent, but there is one caveat: the rooms on all floors ending in “01” and “15” are located next to the elevator, this is exactly what they checked us into, promising to move us the next day when the rooms become available . On Monday I contacted the manager named Ilona, she said that there were no available rooms. Tobacco smoke in the bathroom and constant noise from the elevators forced us to contact the manager again. By this time, the entire fifth floor and the rooms on our floor had already been vacated, but the lady stubbornly insisted that there were no rooms available. When I caught her lying, she said that changing a room costs 15 euros, then the price dropped to 10. We moved to the 5th floor to a room far from the elevator, it became easier. My advice, don't take the lunches if you buy the package. For dinner you can find something else edible, and for lunch one dish that you ordered, sometimes the entire edible lunch or side dish, or canned corn. There are many restaurants in Lazne where you can eat for the same 10 euros. Now about treatment: you don’t have to wait for it. Doctors in such hotels do not treat anyone, they will prescribe you the procedures required by the package, and you can buy everything else for some money if you really want it. In this hotel the doctor exceeded all expectations. I've never seen anything like this here before. I even find it difficult to find words for her, I don’t want to be as rude as she is, so I’ll just say that she’s obviously not entirely adequate, but God will be her judge. The lady in the first cabin did a good massage, and for a hotel, one might say, it was good. The massage is done for min. oil, I advise you to take massage cream or at least olive oil.
