Simply DISGUSTING food: the food is completely monotonous, a very small selection of vegetables and salads, pork is very fatty, the fish is the cheapest (tilapia or cod). And the food is simply tasteless!!! The cook needs to be changed! This is the only reason why I cannot recommend this hotel to others. We rested at the hotel from 12/26/17 to 01/09/18. I liked the location - the windows overlooked the lower park. Nice and quiet. It takes 15-20 minutes to get to the main colonnade at a leisurely pace. And that’s good - I drank some water and took a walk, as the doctors recommend. In winter the weather is damp, but we enjoyed our walks. And in spring, summer and autumn, when the city is buried in greenery and flowers, a walk through the park to the water and back will be a pleasure! The rooms are quite comfortable and spacious. We were lucky with our neighbors - it was quiet. The procedures are normal, as in all hotels. Gas bags, gas injections and lymphatic drainage are in demand. During our stay there were a lot of Russians living in Germany. They specially go for these procedures again and again. All procedures are on time, everything is fast. Except for gas injections. You can wait in line for an hour. Nutrition. We just had breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast - oatmeal, eggs, scrambled eggs, fried bacon, sliced sausages and cheeses, vegetables, yoghurts. bread is different. Apples, pears, kiwi. The hotel has two springs - very convenient if it suits your illness. We went on excursions to Prague, Bamberg, Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Weiden. Bamberg and Rothenburg have excellent tour guides. A sea of impressions and delight! In Prague I came across a boring tour guide, it was hard and boring. Especially for children. But the city itself is beautiful. Weiden is a small town, people take people there for shopping. We went to Karlovy Vary by train ourselves. From the station 1.2 hours 5 euros there and back. We went on excursions from Trans Tour, owner Larisa, to Prague and Bamberg. To Rothenburg from another agency. , because I read that Larisa has a bad tour guide there too. Since we didn’t go for lunch and dinner, I can’t say anything from my own experience. Breakfast is monotonous, but quite tasty and satisfying. In the second week of our stay at the hotel, renovations began - they knocked down the tiles in the rooms not far from ours. They also began to dismantle the elevators. Noisy, uncomfortable. But since the hotel operates all year round, repairs need to be carried out at some point. Now the low season is starting, so the renovation has begun. Intellectually, I understand all this, but it’s not very pleasant when, from the very morning, tiles are knocked down behind the wall, drilled and dusted. The food for the sanatorium is excellent, the New Year celebration was well organized, the whole team tried very hard, and all the vacationers liked it, everyone had fun. We were received by Dr. S. Bortnik, a man in his place, fully consistent with the position. The procedures were performed very efficiently, with skill, polite attitude to all patients. They speak fluent Russian and German, we didn’t notice that we don’t know Czech, it’s convenient! Sauna, swimming pool, small, but very clean. A day later, the maid brought from another room, from which the guests had left, a 25cm by 25cm heater, from which warm air was blowing noisily. I was constantly cold, wore two sweaters, and sat in the room in a fur coat. Then it turned out that there were rooms with heating. There is no massage, although the masseuse immediately said that she has 18 certificates and 25 years of experience. But the worst thing is that she puts everyone on the same towel and wipes the oil off their backs with the same towel. We specifically watched. I went for three massages and stopped. One day the masseuse was absent, so the waitress did the massage. In the evening there are not enough seats in the restaurant for everyone. Dinner starts at 17:30 and ends at 20:00. To find a seat, as restaurant employees teach, you need to arrive a little earlier, and as soon as the restaurant doors open, the crowd begins. The waitress, who is also a masseuse, watches this with a grin and pushes the bartender with her elbow. Vacationers are mainly from Germany, order beer for dinner and stay in the restaurant until it closes. Yes, people came to relax, they brought money, from this money this waitress - masseuse earns wages! Новое полотенце используется всегда, ни когда не укладывает на одно и то же полотенце всех. Потому что отель был полностью занят, было надо ждать на освобождение некоторых мест в ресторане.
