The procedures could always be replaced if you didn’t like something. Head nurse Renata is a great professional, she helped with advice and in organizing procedures. The food is very good. There were always dietary dishes. Boiled meat, boiled potatoes. We found without any problems what our little grandson could eat. Some people write negative reviews about the food. I am a doctor myself, so I analyzed the quality and effectiveness of mineral water and the scope of procedures. Liked everything! Wonderful hotel: I really liked room -325! The attitude of the staff is excellent: they warmed us northern city dwellers with their friendly attitude and warmth! We were on an excursion in Munich, arrived late, a dry dinner was waiting for us at the hotel: excellent! The food (we took breakfast and dinner) was all delicious and varied. It’s unusual to be seated at large, round tables, where large groups of Germans “hang out” at dinner, but we found our advantages, met many new people, it’s so interesting! Moreover, they communicated in sign language and in Russian, German, and English! These are such emotions! The procedures are very organized, from 7 in the morning, most of course I liked the mineral baths (the hotel has its own 2 springs!!!) and gas injections. My husband liked the massage, but it didn’t work out for me. Marianske Lazne is a piece of paradise (honestly!). There are many parks around, on hilly terrain, many paved routes, the nature is magical! Everything is blooming, smells and birdsong! We are delighted! The only question: what to do now without this magical water and this beauty?! We miss you already (we just arrived yesterday)! Many thanks to all the staff of the sanatorium! We vacationed at this resort and in this sanatorium for the first time. Everything is organized perfectly. The staff at the balneocenter are friendly, the schedule of procedures is optimal, taking into account my wishes. The big plus is that the sanatorium has two springs of its own. Special thanks to the chefs: everything is delicious and huge portions (+2 kg). The service staff did their job quickly, carefully and taking into account the fact that we either left the room or returned after the procedures. And another amazing moment: I left for the airport and forgot my money in the safe. The call from the sanatoriums representative (Evgeniy) took me by surprise while on the train. Before that, I didn’t even remember about the closed safe and the money left behind. The guys organized a whole operation to transfer the forgotten money to me. It was not possible to do this in Prague, so they transferred the money to me directly to Yekaterinburg with a client of this company. We rested at the hotel from 12/26/17 to 01/09/18. I liked the location - the windows overlooked the lower park. Nice and quiet. It takes 15-20 minutes to get to the main colonnade at a leisurely pace. And that’s good - I drank some water and took a walk, as the doctors recommend. In winter the weather is damp, but we enjoyed our walks. And in spring, summer and autumn, when the city is buried in greenery and flowers, a walk through the park to the water and back will be a pleasure! The rooms are quite comfortable and spacious. We were lucky with our neighbors - it was quiet. The procedures are normal, as in all hotels. Gas bags, gas injections and lymphatic drainage are in demand. During our stay there were a lot of Russians living in Germany. They specially go for these procedures again and again. All procedures are on time, everything is fast. Except for gas injections. You can wait in line for an hour. Nutrition. We just had breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast - oatmeal, eggs, scrambled eggs, fried bacon, sliced sausages and cheeses, vegetables, yoghurts. bread is different. Apples, pears, kiwi. The hotel has two springs - very convenient if it suits your illness. We went on excursions to Prague, Bamberg, Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Weiden. Bamberg and Rothenburg have excellent tour guides. A sea of impressions and delight! In Prague I came across a boring tour guide, it was hard and boring. Especially for children. But the city itself is beautiful. Weiden is a small town, people take people there for shopping. We went to Karlovy Vary by train ourselves. From the station 1.2 hours 5 euros there and back. We went on excursions from Trans Tour, owner Larisa, to Prague and Bamberg. To Rothenburg from another agency. , because I read that Larisa has a bad tour guide there too. One day the masseuse was absent, so the waitress did the massage. In the evening there are not enough seats in the restaurant for everyone. Dinner starts at 17:30 and ends at 20:00. To find a seat, as restaurant employees teach, you need to arrive a little earlier, and as soon as the restaurant doors open, the crowd begins. The waitress, who is also a masseuse, watches this with a grin and pushes the bartender with her elbow. Vacationers are mainly from Germany, order beer for dinner and stay in the restaurant until it closes.
