The downside is that the restaurant has a small selection of fruits. The room was also poorly cleaned. The entire cleaning process by the maid took 3-4 minutes. The room was not vacuumed, hygiene bags, soap, shower caps were not replenished.

Breakfast is monotonous, but this is always the case in all hotels. Sometimes there was pasta, but there was no sauce for it, no cheese to sprinkle on it. There was a lot of pork and beef. People still go to improve their health, so I would like more vegetarian and dietary dishes.

Information and explanations were not sufficient at the reception; a lot of things were learned from the guests who were often in the house. E.g. bonus card wasn't even mentioned. I forgot valuable things in the room, sent @, got no answer, called twice, nothing was explained and no answer was given.

There are catastrophically few dietary dishes at lunch and dinner! In this sanatorium, fried mackerel or shark or carp is considered dietary food. For tea at lunch and dinner I had to pay an additional 1000 CZK - a bag of chamomile without tea is 70 CZK - three euros!!! This is a robbery, in Viennese cafe tea with honey and cookies 68 CZK??? It’s very unpleasant, in the restaurant hall they are constantly frying either bacon or fish and you have to eat in this smell! In addition, it’s very unpleasant that some dishes are cut and you have to stand with a plate and ask for another piece , and next to it there is a huge box for tips! And in conclusion, they charged my friend an extra 1300 crowns for the tests, 70 crowns for me, and they realized that they “wronged up” and didn’t even apologize! I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Next time I’ll go to Sun, there much better !

Nurse Sylvia, who has a kind word for everyone. We are very grateful to masseuse Anna for her wonderful massages, as well as masseuse Maria. Every nurse who performed procedures on us deserves warm words of gratitude! Thanks to the chefs for the delicious, almost home-made food, and to our attentive and sociable waiters and the wonderful head waiter of the restaurant for the excellent service. We will remember this extraordinary New Year and Christmas dinner for a long time! Thanks to the maid for the high-quality cleaning of the room, and at a convenient time for us, while we were walking the dog. It was also very nice that all the staff spoke Russian. We really liked the town of Marianske Lazne, walking through the wonderful park for mineral water - the sanatorium is located just ideally, it also has convenient parking.Negatives
This is not a negative, but small remarks that may be useful to those who are planning to come. Our pillows were uncomfortable - with cervical osteochondrosis, of course, we had to bring our own. The hairdryer in the room is quite weak, it took a very long time to dry, so it’s better to take your own.

The food is disgusting. I only liked the breakfasts and the selection of fresh vegetables for lunch. The chicken was fried in dough, pork and beef were stewed in a spicy sauce and fried, the fish was highly peppered. I would like to highlight tilapia separately. For a 4-star resort, I consider its presence on the menu unacceptable. After lunch and dinner there is not enough tea to wash down all this horror. The restaurant only had free tea for breakfast. For lunch and dinner only water. I only had one doctor's appointment, I came home and looked at the reservation - it said 3. There are no complaints about the staff, it's my own fault - I need to be more careful. The first appointment was on December 31st; let’s chalk this situation up to New Year’s celebrations.
