We bought vouchers and transfers from/to Prague airport through Sanatorium, we have worked with them 3 times already, to Karlovy Vary 2 times and Marianske Lazne. The prices for trips and the service that Sanatoriums offers are simply super, you are the best and next time only with you. I really liked Central Lazne. Treatment, food and environment are at a good level. We were very lucky with the doctor - Natalia, very attentive, listened to all our stories and competently prescribed treatment and drinking course, this is very important. And I also want to note that a lot of vacationers come to this sanatorium 5, 6 and even 10 times and this is an indicator that we have chosen the right sanatorium. The quality of food is very low, basic oatmeal looks like the cereal was poured over, hot water and milk were poured in and put out for distribution. During my 9 days of stay, I didn’t rate a single dish; everything that the hotel chef prepared deserves the lowest rating; this does not correspond to 4 stars. I expressed these complaints to both the head doctor and the manager at the canteen, to which they replied, look and maybe you’ll find something edible. I certainly won’t go to this hotel again and I won’t recommend it to my friends either.Positives
The hotel is perfectly located - truly Central Lazne. The doctor, Mrs. Natalya, turned out to be a very attentive and competent specialist. She prescribed exactly the procedures that were necessary for me. The medical staff during the procedures are attentive and friendly. Rehabilitation therapists Barbara and Dominic really helped me get back on my feet. A very friendly sister on gas injections. There is a wonderful lady Helena in the restaurant. The hotel clearly has serious problems with its hotel services. The room was very dark, I had to have light on 24 hours a day (do not book rooms from 230 to 236). The work of the maids is ugly, the cleaning of Narmer was carried out formally, the room was vacuumed only after a complaint, the dust was practically not wiped off, the plumbing was washed without water (I saw it with my own eyes), the bed linen was changed once in 13 days and only after a complaint to the administrators on duty. When I asked to talk with the senior administrator about the issue of cleaning the room, I was refused, they promised to pass it on, but no one contacted me and asked how the comments were resolved (I think they didn’t pass it on). The food in the restaurant is not tasty, the lunches (apparently because few people use them) did not stand up to any criticism in terms of assortment, the restaurant does a poor job of keeping track of how full the trays are if the dish runs out. The Centralni Lazne sanatorium is optimally located relative to the springs - unlike other sanatoriums, from which you either have to go up to the colonnades with springs (for example, "Nove Lazne") or down (for example, "Zvezda", "Imperial", etc.), it lies on the same level with them within walking distance. A very beautiful building, spacious rooms with good repair, good furniture, comfortable beds. A wonderful, very large medical department that has preserved its historical flavor (mosaics on the walls of the cabins, ancient baths). There are practically no queues for procedures, attentive and friendly nurses. A good massage (partial), which is included in the list of prescribed procedures. Doctor Natalya Melnichuk treated us very carefully and was always ready to discuss all problems and adjust treatment. The sanatorium does not have its own SPA department, but it is connected by a passage to Novi Lázně and Zvezda, where there are swimming pools and saunas that can be used at no additional charge.Negatives
Room cleaning could have been better. Towels and bathrobes are changed only upon request, dust is practically never wiped off. Regular rooms (not apartments) do not have a kettle. The main disappointment is the food in the restaurant, which neither in terms of range nor quality matches the general level of the hotel. Basically everything is fried, fatty, sweet, there are very few dietary dishes, but this is a sanatorium. There are no sweeteners for coffee and tea, only sugar, what should diabetics do? Much has already been written about the fact that only water is the only drink for lunch and dinner; it is necessary to include at least simple drinks (lemonade, tea). Very inconvenient food containers with plastic lids that are long overdue for replacement. It's a shame, because the restaurant itself is beautiful, the setting and service are good, but the food is not up to par. I ask the hotel management to pay serious attention to this, we hope for positive changes in the near future, since in general we really liked the resort and sanatorium itself, we would like to come here again.Positives

They can answer unreasonably rudely, are unfriendly, do not cooperate in resolving any issues that have arisen, which only causes irritation and no desire to come to this “in itself a wonderful sanatorium” in the future.
