For the first time in all our travels, we travel often, this hotel changed our bed linen once in two weeks. Although the prescription was applied for several times. This attitude was unpleasantly surprising. This time the transfer from the sanatorium was in a faulty car, the air conditioning did not work, and the stove, on the contrary, was very bad. The driver couldn't do anything, he said open the windows. Transfers used to be excellent.

Lack of drinking water in the room, the first courses include only two soups, of which there is always beef broth (in many cases it is not healthy) and one soup. Breakfast is also monotonous: eggs in all forms, sausages. I would like to see yogurt and cottage cheese for dinner. Fatty meat dinners are not suitable for everyone. Paraffin on your hands is supposed to keep you warm for as long as possible, but what kind of warmth if your hands are not insulated with anything even after 5 minutes. the paraffin has cooled down and you sit with a cold one for the remaining 10 minutes. Everywhere in your other hotels they still wear warm mittens or just cover with a thick towel. The massage therapist is weak and not friendly.

According to all the rules of proper nutrition, after lunch and dinner, drinks such as compote, herbal tea, and fermented milk drinks are offered. Why not? people who arrived. improve their health, are deprived of this basic right; all this should be included in the ticket price. By the way, this is the first time we have met with such a restriction.

This is not a negative, but a wish for the Sanatorium. The package includes 3 doctor visits, but this is not always necessary. It’s a pity that there is no way to replace them with 2-3 procedures. In terms of price it is equivalent. I asked, but they told me that this option was not included in the package.

There is no such thing as negativity. I don’t know if a humid climate is a negative thing. Those who come for the first time need to understand that treatment here is on a regular basis and the individual characteristics of patients are not taken into account fully enough. In particular, my blood pressure increased significantly during treatment. It turned out that the Krestovy source recommended to me is contraindicated due to its high sodium content, which retains fluid and provokes an increase in blood pressure. In addition, “hot” procedures (mud, paraffin) should also be limited to me. From conversations with other patients, I learned that many people here have high blood pressure. I wouldn't blame the doctors for this. Rely on the doctor and don’t make a mistake yourself. We should have known about this in advance. To be fair, I must say that I heard more good, even rave reviews than bad.

Despite a preliminary request to book a room with a beautiful view from the windows, I was accommodated on the ground floor - in an extension to the main building, under the restaurant, with a limited side view. The assortment of dishes for lunch is quite poor; for dinner - the same soup as for lunch; the quality of the prepared fish dishes left much to be desired. There is not a single book in Russian in the library. Uncomfortable pillows on the bed, which greatly affected the quality of sleep. The initial doctor’s examination took exactly 5 minutes, there was no intermediate examination at all, and the final one literally consisted of issuing a sheet with test results, although in terms of tariffs for the cost of services, the three doctor’s appointments provided for are not very cheap.

On the night of June 4 (at three in the morning) the administrator on duty greeted me very unfriendly. I sent one to look with a suitcase along an unfamiliar huge corridor for a room in the farthest corner of the second floor. In the morning I was moved to room 244. Small and the window is on the opposite wall. I booked in advance. I hope next time there will be a better room.

Excellent holiday as always Marianske Lazne is much calmer and less hectic than Carlsbad. I’m writing this review from my phone, so forgive me, we are still in the Czech Republic and decided to spend a couple of days in Prague after Marianske Lazne. So, the rest and treatment, again, are excellent. Before this, I always booked hotels through booking and was afraid to book through the sanatorium com, however, during the correspondence with the sanatorium, I calmed down and made sure that they work directly with hotels. When they send you a confirmation of your reservation, you can calmly dial the hotel and check whether there is a reservation in your name and the hotel will tell you everything. I paid on the spot, everything was very convenient. One piece of advice is to buy crowns for rubles in Moscow, since the exchange rate of rubles in the Czech Republic for crowns is not profitable, but in Russia it’s super 2.5 rubles for 1 crown, and when you are in the Czech Republic it can reach up to 3.2 rubles for 1 crown, it’s not profitable better come straight from Russia with crowns. It is also not profitable to exchange euros for crowns, since the euro is not in honor in the Czech Republic and prices in euros are less profitable, that is, higher than in crowns. Don’t rush to use cards because the ruble/crown conversion rate is also not profitable here, for example, ATMs of leading European banks showed 2.8 rubles per crown or 2.9 for example. Well, in general, going for a walk, drinking some water, looking at the musical fountain, visiting the nearby gardens at the zoo, everything is great. Special thanks to Sylvia for her professionalism in the gas injection procedure and Veruschka for the mud applications. Mineral baths are very useful, it is a pity that they were not always kept for the required 20 minutes and were often not filled enough with mineral water. I would like to have a massage for more than 15 minutes. light stroking, which was of no use. I had to give up at the hotel and get a real massage in the city. I think this is an important part of the healing process and it should be at the level of such a sanatorium. The overall impression of the sanatorium is positive. Negative note - we arrived at the hotel on Sunday afternoon, and were seen by the doctor only at noon on Monday, but did not receive any procedures that day, although this was possible. Therefore, our 48 procedures over the remaining 12 days were distributed more densely, including weekends, which puts a strain on the heart. We believe that the doctor on duty should see you on the day of arrival and until 6 pm and not until 3, which is inconvenient for vacationers.

I really liked everything: from the location of the sanatorium, it is truly a center for recreation and wellness, to the friendly, smiling faces of all the staff, always ready to help with everything! The excellent medical staff, in particular my attending physician Yu Krylova, immediately solved all my difficult problems. The constant responsiveness and sensitivity of the staff is simply amazing, especially since this is happening in the Czech Republic, not a Russian-speaking country, but everyone speaks Russian (and others, too), which helps you feel comfortable. The huge selection of dishes and the constant desire to surprise with what else is also surprising, I didn’t give it “great” only because I’ve gained a few kilos, it’s hard to resist overeating! Room cleaning is not very high quality - dust was wiped only once, but a lot of it accumulates (in the bathroom from bathrobes and towels, in the room from bed linen). It's time to update some of the robes and towels, some are already very tired. For me personally, the pillow turned into a nightmare - it was impossible to sleep on it, my neck and back hurt very much (the pillow was too soft, shapeless). True, I contacted the front desk, and my problem was solved by replacing the pillow, for which many thanks to the staff. Mineral baths: Some shifts filled the baths with water in advance. The water, initially not at all hot, quickly cooled down, it was simply cold and uncomfortable to lie in it. My husband and I even caught a cold after two such baths. For the first time in all our trips, they didn’t take our things to our room or even explain how to get to Central Lazne. to the Maria Spa wing. We dragged our things around the central building, the rooms did not open, we returned to the reception... (by the way, there were no other vacationers at the reception at that time). Yes, we didn’t ask ourselves, because we didn’t think that we would get lost. But it was somehow humiliating, tired and tired after the flight, to drag around with things (this, I repeat, was the first time in the Czech Republic). But then we carried our things to Maria Spa ourselves, accompanied by a doorman. And no one informed us about the bonus program, although the two of us were there for the 5th time.
