The hotel can deservedly and quite rightly be considered one of the best, the medical facilities are excellent, treatment is clearly organized (fortunately, the number of treatment rooms allows you to avoid queues for procedures). In terms of food, everything was excellent, a choice of meat and fish dishes, a lot of salads, side dishes, they even served oysters once a week. There is a nutritionist, a young girl, who can help you with choosing a diet. The rooms are decent. All liked it.

I personally was unsuccessfully accommodated, on the 2nd floor, and even there it is very far away, and I arrived with a bad leg, it was not easy to walk, and it was very stressful. I didn't like the food at all. You can’t call it medicinal or dietary. Poor choice. The fruit is surprisingly bad: tasteless apples, pears and plums. Only tangerines and bananas could still please. In general, the food was depressing. My tablemate wanted to leave for Novi Lazne because of this. I had no luck with cleaning the room (my tablemates said that everything was fine with them), the dust was not removed, the linen was changed only almost once, the vacuum cleaner was also rarely used, the plumbing also suffered. The food is very monotonous. The quality of the snacks needs to be worked on very seriously. Meat dishes baked in large pieces were too often dried to a black crust. The profile for diabetes treatment is indicated, but there is no separate offer of desserts (at least waffles or cookies). The bottom of the chicken legs was almost daily. It's sad that a spa of this level offers something that you don't often see in the cheapest restaurants. Is a boneless, skinless chicken thigh really that expensive? Otherwise, I really liked everything, I will definitely come again, I hope for changes for the better, because we are going for treatment for a month!!!!

A magnificent town, silence, air, the opportunity to walk both along the flat part of the park and hike through the surrounding mountains and forests. More of a wish than a negative. Very large selection of pork and beef daily - with a limited selection of fish and very limited chicken and turkey. But this is a personal preference and the recommendation of a urologist - to reduce the consumption of “red” meat to a minimum, especially fried and baked meat.

We were in the Central Lazne sanatorium from 13.03 to 27.03.2016. The rest and treatment were excellent, we were lucky with the weather, the temperature was 4-8 degrees Celsius, although there were cloudy days, but it was warm, without snow and the daffodils were already blooming by 25.03. Pansies and daisies were planted. The city is very clean and beautiful. The hotel is just super. My husband and I go to Donabius hotels and have a regular customer card. The hotel is located very well, close to the colonnade, in the very center, and all walking routes begin not far from the hotel, this is very important since my husband, after a stroke, walks with a cane, he is 54 years old, but we walked for 2-3 hours in the forest, having bought walking poles. The routes are good, there are benches and paths everywhere. The treatment facility is simply excellent, the staff is conscientious and responsive, it’s pleasant to communicate and attend procedures, they always wished you a good day and asked how the procedure went. There were no problems with replacing the time of the procedures or the procedure itself with another. I really liked the mineral baths with CO2. After the baths you still lie wrapped in a blanket and relax. Dry carbon dioxide baths are very good. CO2 injections into the area of large joints help me and my husband a lot. They do them in 6-8 pieces (because the dose is larger, one at a time near the joint), in contrast to the treatment in Karlovy Vary (they do many times more of them there, but in a smaller dose). The rest of the treatment is the same as in Karlovy Vary, but we liked the procedures themselves, probably their quality and the work of the staff more in ML. The food is very tasty and varied - this is always the case in hotels of this chain. The room was not big, but it was advertised as such with a window to the courtyard, even on the wall, but this did not bother us since we only came to the room to sleep and we did not need the view, although having a regular customer card we could change the room to a more comfortable without extra charge. It consisted of two rooms (a small corridor with a window) where we put a table and chairs, there was also a dressing table and it turned out to be a mini living room. The room was cleaned well, linen was changed every 3 days, bathrobes were changed once a week. We used the swimming pools and saunas in NOVE LAZNE and ZVEZDE. The transitions to these hotels are decorated with great taste. It’s not far to walk, my husband and I walked for about 7 minutes (he’s carrying a cane). The Roman baths (saunas, swimming pools, jacuzzi) in Novi Lazne are simply superb. By the way, people from other hotels can come there for a fee. But during our stay there were few visitors, which suited us very much and we walked every day for 1.5 - 2.0 hours after walking until dinner, and many walked after dinner because... They are open until 21:00. the staff is very friendly. We walked straight from our hotel in our bathrobes. Towels and sheets were provided on site without charge. 4 springs are located in the buildings of the complex. The staff of the complex speaks Russian well and is always ready to help. The medical staff is also at the same level. The doctor listened to all the complaints, recommended procedures, if they asked for something, she prescribed them herself and talked about all the procedures, commenting on why and how they work. She scheduled tests (they included us) and then gave recommendations. We went for follow-up examinations and asked to replace the mud (rash), everything was very calmly replaced with what I asked. In general, there are no complaints about the doctors. We liked the city more than Karlovy Vary. This is a park city. We will definitely come again and only to this hotel. We were greeted well, besides us there was another couple. We arrived quickly. We ordered a return transfer from Moscow. 2 days before leaving ML, our hotel confirmed our order and departure time. We would like to note the unfriendly attitude of individual workers, in particular the nurse who worked in the Roman Baths of Novi Lazne on the evening of February 15 and 18, 2016. She was very uncommunicative when we visited the Finnish sauna, despite our objections, she was aggressive, created uncomfortable conditions for taking the sauna, there was an impression , that this is her personal bathhouse, where she is “King - God, and military commander.” Also, technical staff with carts with oxygen cylinders, contrary to established rules, entered the elevator along with vacationers, which is unacceptable in hotels of a good level. I would also like to note that it is undesirable to leave valuables and money outside the safe at the hotel, as there was an incident with money missing from a wallet left in a visible place in the closet.

The worker at the gas baths is very unfriendly. Even if the booths were free, she never bothered to meet me at another time. The rating of the staff's performance as "bad" applies only to the work of the maid. We lived in room 215 and upon final payment it turned out that the bill for using the minibar included beer and champagne, which we did not drink. When we asked where this came from, the maid replied that we replaced these bottles in the minibar. We didn’t bother to sort it out or argue about this (nerves cost more!) and paid the bill. We have no material claims, including against the maid, since the amount of tip that we planned to leave to the maid, but did not, is three times the cost of the beer and champagne that we allegedly drank. But the sediment, as they say here, remains!
