The treatment facilities (as in all spa hotels) are simplified, open until lunch and closed on Sunday (Saturday only baths). The rooms are small for two, a little cramped. If you have sore legs, it will be difficult to return from the springs to the hotel (the road to mountain).

Dinners and lunches are never changed! I don’t know who approves the composition of dry rations, but I haven’t seen anything worse. It is completely unequal to skip dinner and get a packed lunch. At 19.50 all dishes have already been removed. This is the first time I've seen something like this

We were in Karlovy Vary for the 7th time and each time we stayed in different hotels. So, there is something to compare with. Overall, the impressions are good. Large bright room (junior suite) with a beautiful view from the windows. The location of the hotel is suitable if you are not afraid of the distance of 990 meters to the Colonnade with springs. Very good food. The food is delicious and varied. But it’s better to come for meals when the restaurant opens. If you are late, you will only be offered leftovers. Convenience of two hotel buildings on different levels. You can also go to the street. Sadovaya through the lower level - the Tchaikovsky Hotel and to the Church of Peter and Paul through the upper level - the Tchaikovsky Palace Hotel.Negatives
The rooms are cleaned every day, but we had to remove the cobwebs from the chandelier ourselves. The cleaners were not tall enough for this, and they did not have any equipment. At the doctor's appointment, our friends were prescribed a drinking course from springs.....closed for renovation. If you need a pharmacy prescription from a doctor, then be prepared for the fact that upon departure you will be required to pay 100 CZK for each prescription written to you. Moreover, the doctor will not warn you about this in advance. There is no medical examination on the day of arrival. We have to wait until the next day. The staff of the balneo center cannot change anything in the schedule of procedures and unanimously sends me to the older sister. And if she is absent for several days, then your issue remains unresolved for these days. The treatment is very average, the procedures are standard. But the same lymphatic drainage, for example, is not included in the package of procedures and is carried out only for a fee. I'm not sure that we will want to come to this hotel again.

In the lobby of the sanatorium there is an unpleasant smell of food from the restaurant, apparently due to poor ventilation in the restaurant kitchen. Small selection of dietary dishes. Lack of cosmetic services.

Enjoyed the seven day stay. The reception desk works great. The medical staff is top notch. The masseuse was pleasantly surprised by her work. The kitchen is up to par in terms of the number of dishes. Fast waiters remove used dishes from the table. The stay at the Hotel Cajkowskij was more disappointing than satisfactory. Speaking from experience as I spend 2 weeks in Carlsbad every year. The first time in the Hotel Cajkowskij. The location of the hotel is positive, not so far from the Karlovy Vary promenade and the colonnade. What I didn't like: the spa treatments were too short and the selection wasn't that big, (several treatments only for a fee) the staff during the treatments were sometimes unfriendly, you had the feeling that they were overwhelmed. The wellness area is also not particularly inviting, as the swimming pool and sauna are in one room, everything is very narrow, only 2 loungers for 4 people. We lived on the 4th floor of the Tchaikovsky Hotel, but it was impossible to open the windows, as there was a constant smell of sewage. Apparently there is a sewer hatch there, but why is there a constant smell?

It is clear that they are not investing in the hotel. I'll start with the mattress, it's simply terrible, squashed to the point of impossibility. The food is monotonous, there is practically no hood, the smells are like in a Soviet canteen. The rooms are small, the bathrooms are not comfortable. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired. WiFi only works in the halls, and in the rooms and the dining room you don’t even need to look for it, the reception is tired of leaving requests, there is zero response. Выбор еды всегда, это действительно зависит от того, кто что находит, меню на 3 недели, поэтому, конечно, не случилось, что это всегда было то же самое ... У нас на самом деле нет капюшона в ресторане, еда только разогревается, вентиляция обычно есть. Размер комнаты действительно стандартный, это описано на сайте, более того, Вам была предоставлена комната с балконом Вода в бассейне 27 градусов, бассейн для плавания, это не расслабляющий бассейн

Strengths: Excellent location of the sanatorium, good cozy rooms, professional work of the medical staff and service personnel, and in general - a friendly attitude towards vacationing clients.Negatives
There are some problems with nutrition - a frequently repeating assortment of dishes and products at breakfast and dinner (I didn’t take lunch). The baked goods (buns and cheesecakes) were the same throughout the 2 weeks of my stay. As for treatment, oxygen therapy and lymphatic drainage are not included in the list of already paid procedures (as in other sanatoriums), and if they are necessary, they require additional payment.

There is no negativity. The only downside is the uphill climb. People who have problems with their legs need to know this. Since I don’t have such a problem yet, everything is fine. There is a plus - close to the forest, for those who love walks in the wonderful forest of Karlovy Vary.

High level hotel, I liked absolutely everything! Food: varied buffet, lots of fruits, fresh vegetable salads, fish, meat, all cooked very tasty. A wonderful team of chefs, always smiling waiters, thank you very much!!! The treatment, in my opinion, is at a very high level (I was in Karlovy Vary for the seventh time and there is something to compare with). The treatment base is excellent, all procedures are of high quality and are carried out exactly at the appointed time, which is very convenient. A wonderful real massage, the doctor did a great job of giving gas injections, they helped a lot. Thank you very much to all the girls working in the hotel's medical department. A clean and comfortable counter-current swimming pool, open all day, really complemented my wonderful holiday! The rooms are clean and the girls quickly and quietly cleaned everything for relaxation. Thanks to the reception staff for their help on all issues from printing out boarding passes to calling a taxi; you could always turn to them for any help and they helped with everything. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and look forward to meeting the wonderful hotel staff next year. Thanks to all the staff!!! You are a great team, I don’t want to leave you!!!
