I liked everything, there’s not enough space to list it all. This includes the friendliness of the staff and the clear organization during the procedures - everything was done on time, we discussed the necessary with the doctor and chose the optimal course for me. Special thanks to the cooks at the sanatorium - a variety of dishes, everything is delicious. The location of the sanatorium is a short walk along a slightly inclined street, it’s not annoying. Everything around is beautiful and the walk is simply a pleasure; the springs are about 10 minutes at a leisurely pace. And I also say a big thank you to the drivers who work in the transfer service. Accurate, on time, polite guys. I'll definitely come back.

Hi all! I rested at the Tchaikovsky Palace sanatorium at the end of November 2018. Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation and treatment!!! They processed me quickly. The room was small, but cozy and clean. They cleaned it every day and had everything you needed. In the treatment department, all the girls are friendly, especially during water procedures. EVERYONE SPEAKS RUSSIAN WELL, which is very convenient for vacationers. I would SEPARATELY WANT TO SAY THANK YOU TO THE COOKS!!! A varied menu and everything is very tasty and beautifully decorated! If you need to have breakfast early to go on an excursion, there is no problem at all, you just need to notify the restaurant staff in the evening and they will serve you early. The location of the sanatorium is very interesting, you can go out onto Sadovaya Street, go downstairs and you will come out to the “Snake” colonnade, or you can go out onto the street, which is located higher and then you need to walk a little to the left side of the entrance and you will see a beautifully restored church and then it begins a park area where the air is so fresh and clean, you can’t breathe it in. The paths are marked by numbers, there is a map near the bus stop, choose a route and go! Just remember that you need good, or rather comfortable, shoes! I really love this sanatorium, I’ve been there three times. I don’t understand people who write negative reviews. All people, seemingly adults, when purchasing vouchers, probably see the prices of other hotels, as they say, “feel the difference.” Excellent affordable prices and excellent value prices and quality. I've been to Karlovy Vary eight times, and I've been to other sanatoriums as well. And to "Imperial", and to "Dvorak", and to "Royal Regain". Take my word for it, "Tchaikovsky" is simply magnificent.

Basically I liked everything and have very good memories. Clean, comfortable, good location, close to the center and springs. All procedures take place at the appointed time without delays. Very friendly restaurant staff. A little late, in my opinion, breakfast starts at 7.30, but in case of early departure for an excursion, you can come early. Not negative, just a wish. I wish there were more vegetable dishes on the restaurant menu. In general, the food is good and varied, a good selection of salads, a lot of fruit, several meat dishes to choose from, fish too every day. But on some days I wanted to do without meat and fish. Some kind of hot vegetable dish, or casserole - vegetable or cottage cheese, would be ideal. Another minus I can note is the weak internet in the room. If you go out into the corridor, everything is immediately wonderful. May depend on the location of the room. I had one with a window onto the courtyard.

When I asked the doctor why the procedure lasted 15 minutes, she replied that this is the custom in our hotel. 2. The website sanatoriums.com states that treatment includes free testing. In fact, this turned out to be a paid procedure and instead of seeing a doctor 2-3 times, the appointment was only once, and the doctor only measured the pressure and did not even check the condition of the joints. I believe that the site should contain truthful information, and not a commercial ploy to attract clients, and then clients are presented with a fait accompli. 3. Breakfast starts at 7-30 am, and in other hotels at 7 am. Such a late breakfast forces you to swallow food, since procedures are scheduled for 8-00, and on Saturday and Sunday you are late for excursions. 4. My room was on the 4th floor (408), there was a sloping ceiling on both sides and you couldn’t stand upright near the bed because you would hit your head on the ceiling. This was the first time I had such a number. I think there should be special discounts on it and the person ordering the room should know about it. 5. The staff at the reception are sullen and unfriendly. He does everything by stepping over himself.

One minus and one note: 1. The main thing is beds and pillows... I have back problems (scoliosis, osteochondrosis and hernia), I went to a resort and sanatorium to take a short course and assumed that in such a place beds and pillows would be the minimum should be close to arthopedic or at least a flat mattress and a harder pillow. It turned out: the mattress had a sag in the middle (I slept closer to the edge) and the pillow was super flat and soft (I folded it in half). 2. The safe in the room did not work, but you can do without it. There was no negativity as such. Clean, bed linen, towels and robe were changed 4 times upon request in 2 weeks. The food was quite good, a lot of fruit, sometimes not very ripe. Treatment is standard. Overall everything is good.
