The hotel is not cheap, but the quality of treatment and level of service are worth it. Moreover, “Imperial” has a very beautiful park in the English style; when you walk through it, you get the impression that you are in an English residence. You can get to the springs by transport, about 10-15 minutes no more. After drinking water, we usually walked back, as the doctor recommended.

Monumental hotel. Highly recommend. It's nice to feel surrounded by the care of the staff. The hotel provides quality food and always tries to diversify the menu. The room has a gorgeous view of the forest. In fact, no matter what room you stay in, the view is excellent, either of Karlovy Vary or of the forested hills.

We were with a child. Young children are not treated, but are allowed to go to the pool. For a child, in fact, the only entertainment other than walking. We are very grateful that they adjusted the schedule of procedures for us so that it would be convenient for us to intercept each other’s child. The staff is generally sane, there is no language barrier.

Before lunch, as a rule, they managed to complete all the procedures, and by 3 o’clock they were already going for a walk in the city center. All the staff are polite and friendly. We rested at the Imperial for 2 weeks. It was a very eventful holiday. The first week is of course a bit difficult, after all, the load on the body is serious due to the procedures, drinking water and going to the springs. In the second week it is already much easier, the effect is felt. The main advice is not to overload your body with food. The food here is delicious, and the restaurants are tempting to try meat. But it’s already hard for the body, it’s better to take more dietary dishes. We unloaded very well, we just felt light. The treatment is really very good.

And one of the few where procedures are based on thermal water. The doctor said it was much more effective than just adding salt to baths. The hotel team promptly resolves any issues that arise.

Large spacious rooms, only long corridors and by the time you get to the room, this is of course a small minus. Treatment was organized at URA. Large treatment center, a lot of different procedures. Smart doctors. I would like to wish you: do not reduce the level of service.
