I stayed at the Imperial with a small family group - for the umpteenth time. Everyone always feels very comfortable there. Extraordinary stay in a "magic" hotel of an other era. The building architecture is amazing and the room more like a small apartment was big with a very nice terrace and a huge bathroom. The furniture and the decoration are refined. The wifi is very good but the television very poor in channels ( had to use youtube to have any French channel) There is a coffee maker an a choice of coffee capsules and teas. The minibar provided in the room is not very expensive Shower gel, shampoo and body lotion is provided every day ( Carl's spa products made with thermal water) The garden in front of the hotelf the hotel is very nice. The hotel is very quiet and the view is breathtaking. The rooms and all the hotel is perfectly clean and the staff very nice and polite The buffet with all the meals is very rich, an great choice and some new recipes every day with typical Czech dishes as well as international dishes (everybody can enjoy something - there is fish every day and at least three different meats, rice, pasta, vegetable, gnocchis etc. You can enjoy two different soups every day. There are plenty different fresh fruits and the homemade ice cream is excellent as well as cakes. There are lounges where you can enjoy a drink with an outdoor terrace which are very pleasant too. Concerning the treatment (for us the complex premium) : it is just amazing to be able to have the treatments and spa at the hotel. It is very professional , perfectly clean and pleasant and the staff is really nice and professional as well as the doctors. You can even have the vrdlo water at the hotel. You have a free access to the funicular and bus 13 ad 2 to go down the the wonderful city center with a splendid art deco architecture.You feel you are back in time, it is so exotic and charming. conclusion : i really loved this wonderfull stay and traveled back with the ghosts of the great romantic era : the ideal stay to rest .

I am grateful for my stay in such a beautiful setting as Hotel Imperial. I loved the manicured surroundings and hotel accommodations. The staff is accommodating, informative and polite. At the Information desk, I noticed Veronika and Andy, but the other staff members are informative and very nice too. Medical assistance is superb. Doctor Maria is very knowledgeable and helpful. Both nurses respond to any medical need with urgency and courtesy. There are many kinds of wellness procedures including hyperbaric chamber, Thai massage, injections with CO2, lymph drainage, mud wraps and thermal and detox baths. Staff performing procedures are knowledgeable and polite. The food is very tasty and provides many choices. I noticed exceptional cleanliness everywhere in the hotel. The tablecloths are sparkling clean and constantly changing. Linen and towels in the rooms changed frequently as well. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, which may affect some people. Although, that was not a big deal for me as I like warmth and the temperature outside goes down at night. Also, Imperial is located on a hill where you can feel a fresh breath of air. That makes Imperial outstanding among many other hotels. I could not wait to come back...
