I would like to express my comments about the food, namely: The food in the first days of my stay was over-salted, the cereals for breakfast were undercooked, the green salads were all richly seasoned with cereals, couscous, lentils, etc. The food is mainly prepared stewed with salty sauce or breaded deep-fried, whole pieces of meat were rarely served. The dessert table is very poor and limited. The names of the dishes and the table number are not indicated everywhere; you need to ask the chefs, who often make mistakes. Regarding the procedures, I’m generally happy with everything, except that the “pneumopuncture” procedure was done poorly in rooms No. 5 and room No. 4 (3 bruises remained on the body), the therapeutic exercises in the pool were very passive and useless, the patients froze without moving, besides I I paid for additional procedures that I could not undergo for good reasons Pneumopuncture - 1 piece (bruises) intestinal lavage - 2 pieces (they prescribed only 5 pieces, this is too much, a doctor’s mistake) Nordic-1 (there was a cough) Upon admission, no one warned that it was necessary to cancel the appointment in 48 hours. Who can know what will happen tomorrow? I paid an extra 2000 CZK for all the appointments, but there were no procedures. Manager Inga did not talk to me. I’m surprised, what I described has never happened before.

We have been clients of the Imperial sanatorium since 1997. Having arrived for the first time, we didn’t consider any other options, because... Almost everything suits me. Rest is good, treatment too. The doctor takes our wishes into account whenever possible. Room cleaning is at a good level. The food is also good.Negatives
There were no negative reactions. But I have a wish. Since we visit the sanatorium almost every year and have also been pensioners for several years, we are annoyed at the too high price of services for comprehensive accommodation, food and treatment. Especially with the constantly growing euro exchange rate. It would be great if the sanatorium encouraged clients who vacationed at the Imperial more than 10 times and applied a flexible voucher price system for them. It would be logical. We are planning our next visit for April-May 2017. For now we are working, but if we stop working, we will hardly be able to visit our favorite sanatorium “Imperial” with the same regularity.

In order to get dietary nutrition for my mother, I had to call the restaurant manager. The carpeting in the hallways and hallways is quite old and needs to be replaced. As the doctor explained to us, many procedures simultaneously affect the spine, joints, and heart. I especially liked the carbon dioxide baths, mud treatments and also gas injections, an incomparable thing, for me it’s even more effective than a massage.

This is by no means a cheap sanatorium, but since our friends advised us to start our first acquaintance with Karlovy Vary with it, we decided to spend our vacation there. For the most part I liked everything. I especially want to note that the medical base allows for good treatment; all the conditions have been created. I'll tell you about the room: it's quite comfortable, the room is quite big, with good furniture. The room was cleaned daily, the maid did her job very diligently. As for food, the choice of dishes is decent, there is plenty to choose from. The quality of the food is good, the ingredients are always fresh. The sanatorium has its own park area - also a plus.

I agree with all the positive reviews. The sanatorium, in my opinion, is impeccable. First, the good attitude of the staff. Plus, everyone speaks Russian. Second, high-quality, high-level cuisine. Third, the rooms are gorgeous - spacious and with an excellent view. Fourth, although the hotel is located on a hill, you can easily get to the springs and the main street by taking a cable car right next to the hotel. Funicular, free for hotel residents.
