Instead of the required 5 procedures, they prescribed 4, we had to additionally go to the reception and find out, on the third day we weren’t allowed in for lunch, although we had full board, we had to find out again.

The breakfast was not adequate for a 5 star hotel. The same sausage every day. No fresh orange juice, salmon or croissants. We were disappointed with the second massage.

This is not the first time I have come to Karlovy Vary, and it has always been good. The peculiarity of this hotel is a large, spacious room with a good interior and comfortable furniture. The elevators work well, there are several of them and there is no waiting when needed. Good food Treatment as usual, nothing special..

A very special, legendary hotel that impresses with its size and location. The various treatments went flawlessly and were very beneficial, the staff there were very friendly. The view from the room on the 4th floor was magnificent and the room was a pleasant size. The room furnishings are very tasteful, but in some places they need a bit of renovation, especially in the bathroom, as there is no proper shower facility and so everything was always flooded. The daily breakfast and evening buffet was varied.Negatives
It's a shame that the pool only opened at 10 a.m., I would have liked to have gone swimming before breakfast, from 7 a.m. onwards. Unfortunately the housekeeping became a bit sloppy and forgetful towards the end of the stay.

Everything was fine - no complaints, everything was fine. 5* wouldn't be a buffet operation, but the quality and selection was great. The hotel also describes itself as 4* in the brochures. Treatments were very good and everyone was very friendly. The rooms and bathroom are very spacious and everything is very well maintained. nice atmosphere. If you are not good on foot, you should choose another hotel, because for some people the walk from the cable car to the hotel is a challenge.Negatives

Very disappointed with the medical staff and hotel administration. It’s all about business and not health. I will not recommend to anyone. On the 5th day of my stay I got a terrible back pain( on the medical book was written as they have 24 hours nurse assistant/ not true). Once I request due to the situation to have a help or advise what shall I do…. They told me what you want from us….take a taxi and go to hospital!!! Yes, one more thing…. They hate russian people and the don’t really speak clear russian and neither English!! This hotel should be advise only for local or German people. The rest are considered just like second use. Very very bad attitude!!!!!! Very disappointed!!!!

An excellent hotel with first-class comfort!!! The location is simply fantastic, very clean and cozy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The applications are carefully planned. The doctor really takes her time with each treatment, is very nice and competent. The fitness club is open from 8 a.m. and you can start sweating before breakfast. I've been to the hotel for the second time and I'm very satisfied. Will come back for 2 weeks in February. It is definitely highly recommended. Thanks to the whole team for great work.

We have been coming to Karlovy Vary for treatment and recreation for many years; we really love this city with its extraordinary atmosphere. We have never stayed at the Imperial, choosing smaller hotels. But this year we decided to try to spend a vacation in Imperial and did not regret it. The hotel is large, beautiful, with history, wonderful and friendly staff. Convenient location of treatment rooms on the -1st floor, a mineral water source in the hotel. Meals - buffet. In general, everything is just EXCELLENT. I think we will definitely come back here again.Negatives
The cost of Parking at Sanatoriums.com is 12€ and at Hotels they charge 15€. When I asked the Hotel staff why this was so, they told me ask Sanatoriums.com why they have 12€ written.

We had a very nice stay at the Hotel Imperial. We felt very comfortable due to the spacious architecture and the beautiful position above Karlovy Vary. We really liked the room with the small balcony and view of the greenery. The treatments were very relaxing and very well organized. We had full board and found the offerings very tasty and varied. The dining room is very pleasant and, which we really like, a new tablecloth is always put on when you sit down. The staff at reception and in the dining room were very friendly and pleasant, as was room service. We booked a tennis lesson with a trainer at the sports club. The training was very good and effective and fun. It was also very comfortable to play on this tennis court surface. We definitely plan to come back and have the best memories.
