The sofa for our daughter was very uncomfortable: when folding down the back cushion you couldn't fix this part, it fell so low to the floor that the shoulder and head were lower than the body and feet - very poor construction! In addition, it was almost impossible to shower in the bathtub - very little space, partly because of the handle on the wall - resulting in a high risk of slipping! A shower would be much more practical. The location is not suitable for older people: the path from the train goes uphill and is not easy either.

It was actually just: the tour guide. On the trip to Prague, the tour guide spent two hours continuously, in Russian or Czech, at top volume, more annoying than entertaining the travelers. But communication with the few Germans was even worse. Very good hotel. I had a single room, very comfortable with a beautiful view of the forest and the Pupp Hotel. The staff is very responsive. The kitchen is beyond praise. I especially want to note the work of sanatoriums com. From the door of the house to the door of the sanatorium with transfer is very convenient. Full information about everything on e-mail. The doctor accepted the first request, gave the necessary prescription and did not refuse an ECG.

I really liked it. The hotel is luxurious, the quality of service is at a very high level. A very good medical base, the procedures took place exactly at the appointed time, without delays or queues, the food in the Restaurant was very varied, for dinner there was a large selection of meat, vegetables, fruits, there was always fish, everything was very tasty. There was always very tasty ice cream at dinner. I really liked it and would recommend this hotel for treatment and relaxation. The hotel workers are very nice, as if everything is for you. I have the best impressions. I especially want to note the work of the medical staff: unfortunately I don’t know the name, only the surname Urbanek, such a pleasant man, gave gas injections, always with a smile and pleasant conversations, and the masseuse in the FYZ5 office, such a good quality of massage is simply super, a great professional. The work of the Sanatorium is beyond praise, the transfer was organized superbly and on time. I am very glad that I discovered this site, quite by accident, in a conversation with vacationers in Karlovy Vary. Thank you 🙏. I will definitely come back again and again. 👏🏻😍

The hotel does not correspond to 5 stars! Small pool and sauna for such a large hotel. There is no food delivery to the room, which was very surprising; the bar was not replenished regularly. Still, the hotel description says 5-star Spa Hotel, not a sanatorium! And it must first of all correspond to the title of a 5-star hotel! The bathroom in the room was very inconvenient and dangerous to wash, because... there was no curtain and all the water was on the floor!!! The shower was located towards the floor, and not towards the bathtub, this was the first time we had seen this! We can say that if we plan our next trip to Karlovy Vary, we will choose another hotel!
Excellent food, spacious room and varied treatments. The location of the sanatorium is excellent, it is located on the top of the mountain and there is a funicular that helps you go down or up. It’s true that you won’t be able to fit into the funicular with a large double stroller (bicycle trailer) :)
