wonderful hotel. A little far from the city, but there is a free cable car. But it’s quiet both day and night + a magnificent view from the window. The food is delicious (duck, rabbit, veal, beef......), but unfortunately often over-salted. We are not very happy with the doctors. The procedures were good, but it seemed that the time was shorter than usual. Almost all of the medical staff were polite (with the exception of one wearing gloves). Everywhere is clean. One big minus is that I never received a referral to donate blood......but they promised.........others had to donate at 6 am. And generally not the optimal time for procedures. 7 am...... 1 pm...... Otherwise we had a good rest. I think we'll come again. Thank you.

Everything was excellent, accommodation, cleaning, treatment, I really liked the food, everything was very fresh and tasty. The pool and sauna were very popular, since the hotel was completely full, vacationers in the evening after dinner gathered in the pool and shared their impressions, talked, everyone was friendly. As for the location, walking was a priority for us; we walked 10 km or more per day, never used the elevator (we lived on the 5th floor) or the funicular. We wish the hotel prosperity. It was my first time in Karlovy Vary and I’m glad that I stopped at Imperial. Everything is very convenient and comfortable. All procedures in one room. There is a spring connected to the hotel, so you can drink water and take mineral baths there. All procedures are done on time and at the appointed time. The staff is friendly. Everyone says hello, which is nice and creates a friendly atmosphere. I especially want to mention the work at the reception and the concierge. Very good service and always responsive if you need help or suggest something. They were especially pleasant to deal with. I found a good doctor and prescribed all the necessary procedures. The cleaning of the room was excellent. The women who cleaned were friendly, smiling and friendly. This also created a feeling of comfort and relaxation. The location of the hotel is a little remote but it suited me. There is such delicious air and silence, which is not found in the city center. There is a funicular next to the hotel. The organization of Sanatoriums was at the highest level.Negatives
As a recommendation for improving service, I can recommend: - For the dining room. Add more vegetable and fish dishes. Since I don't eat meat, I had to eat the same thing all three weeks. Also adhere to the principle - it is better not to add salt than to oversalt. After all, there is salt and pepper on the table, which everyone can add to their taste. I found many dishes too salty and had to leave it on the plate and take other food. A lot of food is probably thrown away because of this. Many dishes were fried. I would prefer more food cooked in the oven, boiled, stewed, steamed. Overall healthier. But everything I ate was delicious and I didn’t have to go hungry. -For staff. I heard many times when people told one of the staff that they were leaving, the answer was silence. That is, no reaction at all. I understand that many people leave and come every day, but it would be appropriate to wish the person a good trip or say 'come again' or 'hope you had a good time'. If a person arrives 'welcome'. Hello. We had an unpleasant situation at the Imperial Hotel. Upon arrival (we drove 550 km from Germany in our car), it turned out that we would not be staying at the Imperial Hotel, but in another building, a 10-minute walk from the hotel, the girl explained to us at check-in. We were forced to pay an additional 196 euros each to get a room at the Imperial Hotel. This is a scam on the part of your company. I will take appropriate measures.

There were a lot of guests at the hotel, procedures were prescribed haphazardly. Two identical procedures could be prescribed on one day. Also, the procedures are extended until 3 pm. Often several procedures happened during lunch time, which was very inconvenient. We had to go to the receptionist several times to reschedule the procedures. At the same time, sometimes I had to stand in line. The girls at the reception were unhappy. When I once stood in line to change procedures, the reception sent me to see a doctor. I stood for quite some time at the doctor’s office, then back in line at the reception. It turned out that the doctor did not change one procedure, and I was sent back to the doctor. I waited again, and then the doctor said that the girls from the reception should have just called her and the problem would have been solved. I was shocked, I wasted so much time and nerves. Many hotel guests were dissatisfied with this distribution of procedures, including permanent ones. The staff is not very friendly. When I came for a massage and asked a question, the doctor answered with such anguish, as if she was on the verge of a nervous breakdown. It was unpleasant. Even when we checked in, it turned out that the funicular was not working. It’s good that there were two days left before the renovation was completed, since the climb from the springs to the hotel was a bit difficult

The procedures are average (3 out of 5), the breakfasts are monotonous, there is no good coffee machine (there is a mediocre one - it was broken during our stay), a bit far from walking areas. The staff level is one class below the hotel level. A small swimming pool (designed for a small number of people) with not very convenient opening hours, fitness - city, outside the hotel, in another building (200 meters) for a fee. The treatment center is open only in the morning - the proposed schedule is not convenient, the procedures are short (massage 15 minutes, mud therapy 20 minutes, baths 15 minutes) but spread over a large period of time. 3 procedures can take up to 4 hours.
