The doctor receiving us really took all our ailments into account. We lived in a standard building. The rooms are normal. You can get to the hospital through the newly built gallery very simply by throwing a robe over your shoulders. Prices for additional procedures have decreased, but one cannot help but notice that in general fewer procedures are prescribed; it seems that the medical component of the sanatorium is being pushed aside, spa treatments and entertainment are being put in first place. This is completely wrong, since there are many spa resorts in other cities and countries and even in Druskininkai itself, but we appreciate this sanatorium precisely because it offers good-quality medical care. Now medical procedures are becoming the responsibility of the visitors themselves, this is wrong. 2. Serious complaints about gala therapy, which in general is a very good, effective and very popular procedure. But in the halls for halotherapy there is a very outdated model of chairs, in which the back begins to hurt after half an hour, the volume of the room is small, so that seriously ill people with coughs sit next to healthy people. An unfortunate set of films - they are monotonous, static, some use images of scorched earth, ice and snow, fire, which does not cause positive reactions when viewed and does not at all calm, but causes anxiety. In the hall where concerts are used, it is also worth showing concerts of classical music more often, which act more harmoniously on the psyche, while pop singers are a matter of taste and often do not coincide with the reactions of different clients. 3. The deterioration of nutrition for economy class patients makes a bad impression - this is especially clear to those who visit the sanatorium year after year. We are not talking about the quality of cooking, it does not leave much to be desired, but in the provision of fruits and tea - why is there a limited number of tea bags during lunch (and their quality has sharply deteriorated)? Small savings are unlikely to give a good economic effect, and make a negative impression. 4. Cleaning has become less frequent, and linen changes are not provided at all during the week? 5. It would be nice if transfer from the sanatorium and back were not as expensive as it is now, and more regular: for those clients who, like us, come year after year, this may not be significant, but for new ones, for whom we we talk about you and attract you to the sanatorium, sometimes it becomes a problem: how to go somewhere else from Vilnius, and then take a taxi in Druskininkai? Программа санаторного лечения предусматривает ежедневные 5 процедур, которые относятся к разным группам процедур. Врач руководствуется этим при назначении процедур, к тому же он имеет право отказать в каких-то процедурах, если они противопоказаны по состоянию здоровья. 2. Простите, но я боюсь, это ваше субъективное мнение по поводу галотерапии. Эта процедура очень востребована и клиенты ее очень любят. Жалоб на эргономику кресел мы ранее не получали, как и на сюжеты фильмов. К сожалению, при планировании процедур, не представляется возможным учесть состояние других клиентов, которые могут кашлять. 3. Вечерняя программа досуга у нас разнообразна и соответствует разным вкусам. К сожалению, мы не смеем рассчитывать на то, что предлагаемая программа всем придется по душе, поэтому классические выступления сменяются эстрадными выступлениями, эстрадные выступления сменяются викторинами и т.п. 4. Разделение уровней комфорта на «Economy», «Standard», «Comfort» относится не только к качеству проживания, но и к питанию. Несмотря на то, что кухня одна и готовит на всех, отличие только в ширине ассортимента.
