Like every year, we went to the spa to improve our health. We already had good experiences last year, if you leave the bland food aside. Despite changing rooms, the beds had old, hard mattresses without cushions. On the first night we were given the cushions from an older sofa, which we spread on the mattresses we slept on. On the second day we were allowed to change rooms and were given painkillers for the night. That's no joke!! The treatments are good and punctual, the massage is particularly worth mentioning. My sciatica couldn't tolerate the vaunted gas injections at all, which according to Dr. Kupova could also have been due to the connection with the electrical treatments. The expression of the treatment plan was also bad for the older patients: all 4 floors have beautiful carpets in 4 different colors. Exactly these colors are included in the treatment plan, so that when you open the elevator door you can see whether you are on the right floor for your treatment (the house is really big!!). When we were there, the house was completely booked and most patients had great difficulty getting their bearings because the plans are now - for whatever reason - printed in black and white. Next year we will no longer be going to the beautiful old Sadovy Pramen military hospital for treatment. Unfortunately, from a pain point of view, we couldn't get as much help this year, even though the Sadovy Pramen is an impressive building.
