We have been to this hotel many times. All good. Quite clean, although it could use some minor renovations. The dining room is clean, the food is very varied, fresh and tasty. Thanks to the staff, everyone is trying very hard. This time we were in BlueHouse on the 2nd floor, the fairies were very pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms, they were very responsive, they cleaned every other day, they cleaned well. Last time we were on the 4th floor and the cleaning was bad, we had to ask to be cleaned and prove that they had not been cleaned for 3 days. The girls constantly stood at the end of the corridor with their phones on, looked despised, and upon leaving they even called us “schmucks.” So this time I liked everything. The pillows were not comfortable for us, so we took our own. The coffee machine makes good coffee in capsules, which you can buy at the reception or in the store, and you can also simply make boiling water for tea. The refrigerator is not big, but it is there. Convenient closet with plenty of shelves. If the robe that is already in the room does not fit, then contact the reception desk and they will be happy to select the right size. Table, chairs, TV, everything is there. Disco on Friday and Saturday makes your stay more eventful, special thanks. You need to understand that if you are looking for luxury in Turkey or Egypt, then this is not the place for you, but among the resort hotels with wellness treatments and medical consultations in the Czech Republic, then this hotel is very good.
