When we first arrived in Karlovy Vary, we enjoyed the beauty of the city and its parks. Karel and Nelena greeted us very warmly at the sanatorium. Throughout our stay, all the restaurant and medical building staff were friendly and helpful. But, unfortunately, in the institution where the main task is treatment of the gastrointestinal tract, there is no dietary nutrition. Of course, this is not the fault of the restaurant workers, but a flaw in the management of the hotel. I don’t want to end my review on a negative note, so once again I want to thank Karel, Dana, Nelena, Yana, Vailava, Yana and Sarka for their work.
